    One side you company's advertisement says 24*7 happy to help when we call they didn't proper response jus get fool type readymade answer, I've tried 10-15 times,i told them many times that my sim not able to receive and send Message I've since 2days @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi Namber - 9735512805 I have deducted the top up balance from my account without my permission and started another service. I kept the top up balance for other work. If my balance is not available then I will be forced to take another big action.
