  What stupid logic @ViCustomerCare ! The whole idea of an eSIM is to avoid going to their retail outlet / customer service stores. When requested for an eSIM via numerous calls, SMS, they say to visit their customer service. Pathetic !

  @ViCustomerCare Dear customer, we are unable to keep your new Vi postpaid number XXXXXXXXX active. Please visit the nearest Vi store immediately to convert this number into prepaid. I recent got few Vi numbers and for one of the # I keep getting this message. Please assist.
