@LAWANDNATION1 @charliesnova @VodafoneIN If you set your preferred network to 3g only or else 3g or 2g only.. then you could possibly get more speed on vi.. I do the same.. speed could go around 8 mbps(bits) or 1 mBps

So fraud @ViCustomerCare network asked to changed sim as old sim only getting 3g network instead of 4g and charged 150Rs as sin change charges but still getting only 3G network. Time to port one more sim to other network.

@ViCustomerCare The harassment to senior citizen must be stopped. I had worst experience with Vodafone. I have to visit multiple times and still nothing has been done. They took ₹205/- towards issuing new sim and recharge of ₹197/- but didn’t issue any receipt. No recharge also

@ViCustomerCare your customer service is probably the worst one I have come across. My plan keeps getting upgraded for a higher tier and my international roaming hasnt been active even though I have been complaining for a month now. #worstservice

@ViCustomerCare your temprorary problem still persist from last six months, always shows Vodafone IN network in phone instead of VI network. What a superb service provided by VI network , worst internet service provider. I think other networks are much better than yours.
