  @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

  @ViCustomerCare I mistakenly recharged my other Vi number instead of my dad’s Vi number with the ₹3,599 yearly plan. I don’t need a refund if you can transfer the plan to my dad’s number. If that’s not possible, please cancel the recharge and refund @airtelindia @CRED_club

  @ViCustomerCare As per mails and calls that should be delivered within 72 hours which means today I am supposed to get the same. Now it's about 7 PM, 12th Aug still no communication on delivering the SIM. What kind of service ?

  @ViCustomerCare FYI I have two numbers in my family but non of them has network at the said site. Before it was better. Again I state if you can't give network service then let me know the same. I will take my decision. Uncountable times I made complains about it. @AdityaBirlaGrp @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare my wife went to get duplicate sim in model town jalandhar office and the executive there send request ti port her jio number also to vodaphobe without explaining her all the details. Now she wants us to visit again to her office. Pathetic service

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 belongs to Vi and is blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly for once and take action instead of repeating the same reply.

  If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers

  @ViCustomerCare Do not write fake response on social platfotms,…if u can’t fix accept it..call me to discuss. Your team was committed 900 bill including GST for 3 connections while porting out from Jio to Vi and same thing was followed in Vi bills. Pls get it checked asap and call me to resolv
