I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍
