So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

@VodafoneIN.. Knock knock §§§ 72 hr. Over no action no tecnical support visit at place so far. Thou its not new to me every time exactly same thing happen. And i keep following and following.. no worries lets see how many more follow-ups it takes.

@ViCustomerCare Yes, and still asked to go to Vi store to check the SIM, which should be asked on very first day of complaint on 13th Feb. Missing #Idea days, when customer was important. This is also a reason why Vi loosing it's customers. @rmstakkar
