So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

*- Although you pay your bills @VodafoneIN cannot adjust the the bills thanks to their super slow processes!, they happily bar your lines, and say payment due! , defeniteley the worst network in the world for a reason, all they want is money money!!. #Horrible #Customer #Service

@TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare please expand your network, people just don’t live in tier-1 cities, we need strong and stable network even in the smaller towns and rural part of the country. Your network was good, but had to leave it because of poor coverage outside cities.
