So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

@VodafoneIN @Idea I currently have a Idea Postpaid. I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Please help me out.

@ViCustomerCare I feel the service is very bad. I raise a complaint. Got call twice and gave feedback that our technical team have worked on tower in your area and you will se changes in speed in next 3-4 days. But now it's been more the 10-15 days and net speed is still same.
