    @VodafoneIN @Idea I currently have a Idea Postpaid. I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Please help me out.

    So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

    @ViCustomerCare I am 12y old costumer of #idea there was no problem but from last 3 and half months I am experiencing poor data connectivity. it suddenly jumps to "E" and then disconnect, it happens every 2 min. I had complaint about it twice but problem is still there. Then I port to #Airtel

    @MrNKPandey @ViCustomerCare Ya truly said pandey ji, as we all knows that VI is struggling now days and this attitude by the VI representative is not acceptable, there should be time frame for working peoples, almost 5 days past but sim is not delivered, airtel service is too good comparatively.

    @deepakbedi26 @ViCustomerCare Very Bad Deepak, even after writing to their appellate officer the network suitation has not improved. It's already been 6 months now. Also, they keep deducting the balance from one of my account on the name of flash message while nobody touch that phone...pathetic services
