    @ViCustomerCare Hi! I cannot pick up calls that's why I was coordinating via emails and I have also shared screenshots of the calls which you said I picked up in roaming which I never did. Yet nothing has been resolved. Sorry but there is nothing genuine here.

    @ViCustomerCare Just for address change you need 3 days and even after that its still not updated, even Vi management is also started lying.. for everything they only know one thing wait 24 hrs ..48 hrs .. Worst customer support, worst process, worst IT
