    I have even raised customer complaints twice on 19th March and 22nd March'21 to remove this erroneous charge but the request was denied both times by billing department without even checking that the charge is wrongly levied on my number. Request @ViCustomerCare to look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Team i have multiple requests and complaints for slow surfing for 4G network at my location. I am still facing the issue and observed no fix for the old complaints raised. let me tell you that i was not facing issue last week (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare i lost my sim few wks ago. I went to my nearest myvi dealer a week ago to have the same number as i had before. The dealer gave me the simcard saying it would activate in 2 days. Till today, my sim isn't active and the dealer isn't picking the call. Please help me
