    @ViCustomerCare even though the recharge stands valid, ur customer care also accepted the same, my cell outgoing stopped for no reason from last 3 hours, totally unacceptable, rescued message that issue will be resolved by 25th may, i think ur company has gone nuts

    @ViCustomerCare My idea internet speed is worst. I am not able to do my offc work. Even I am not able to use whatsapp. Poor network speed with poor connection.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare today in morning i received msg that my issue is solved by your team but today it gone worst on my number recharged with Rs.48 pack spedd is b/w 52 -60 mbps at same time on Rs.699 recharged no. Its b/w 6 - 12mbps same device. I will dm snap and attaching here.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI CUSTOMER CARE, Please provide me internet connection .. I have inserted my Vodafone sim in my phone and recharged it with a pack but it still doesnot work.. I have not get internet or any volte sign on my sim card.. please shortout my problem..

    @ViCustomerCare have scammed us by upgrading the postpaid plans of my 3 sim cards from 299/- to 399/- without my consent and are now blaming their sales agency who have targets to achieve. Been a customer since 2001! Time to finally port out and look for alternatives!!
