@BM_Madhusudhan @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Still Vodafone is sleeping. My problem not attended. Appears VI employees are on Jio payroll too, harassing customers at VI so that we migrate to Joi. On BI customer care number I have lodged complaint, promised to resolve in 4 hour, but 5 hrs now, nothing changed.

Seems @ViCustomerCare is running a scam. I have attempted Port out because of bad network and call drop and duly submitted documents at @Airtel_Presence. But even after duly clearing my dues, a VI guy called from number - 8692857206 misguided me & fraudently cancelled my port req

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I too face unethical behaviour from Vodafone.I did my port request and vodafone convinced me to not to do it.someone from backend team called me and said that I have to cancel my porting request in order 2 go 2 another provider by saying they are from provider where I m porting.

@BiIndia @jainrounak DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND FRAUD BY VODAFONE @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider Vodafone. Just lies & more lies. Shame on Vi service. Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.
