    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about internet and call drops since last 3-4 months and now instead of 4g, 2g is coming in the room. No action was taken on my complaint, have I spent money on recharge for this. Or should I get ported to another sim?

    @ViCustomerCare No I will not DM you anything. This scam by your company needs to be come out in public domain. Whenever I recharge with any amount, your company unethical practice deducts money in name of VAS without me asking for it. My friends face same issue @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness

    @ViCustomerCare No network on international roaming in Singapore on my wife’s SIM card mobile +91 9916847823. International roaming packs were activated before leaving India. Can’t connect to any of your customer care numbers.Please respond.

    @ViCustomerCare one of your CCE informed me that I will have to buy an unlimited pack for receiving my bank OTPs. I had to get one and mailed you about this very poor policy, to which another CCE told me that I just had to get a Rs99 validty recharge to get OTPs. No replies since
