    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to recieve any calls from any number. I have raised a complaint previously but my issue still persists. It says calls to my number are forwarded to another number but no call forwarding is active on my end. My SR with reference number KOL-V01151668597

    @ViCustomerCare Hi my SIM card got corrupted. As u people weee not checking dm and continuously increasing thread I had to visit store. Issue is resolved now. Please check the dm I already texted what u asked for.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, can you pls tell @ViCustomerCare to work for atleast sometime in a day they are least bothered about their complaints every month they deduct my balance and then atfer so many complaints they return it otherwise they just keep it what isthe issue
