Yo @ViCustomerCare your 4G is worse than garbage. I can't stay connected to my online class for more than 10 mins and it's been like this for the last week. I'm this close to porting to a better network because I'm done with this crap.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I did a few recharges on Nov 7,2021. 3 recharges were unsuccessful & money was debited but we never received any refunds. No replies on mails, no resolutions from customer care. Does it take 25days to process the refunds?? DISAPPOINTING LIKE ALWAYS
