@ViCustomerCare I just want to know is 12-6 am unlimited data is free. If free then why after using 500mb or more the speed of internet for that day becomes slow. And if not used that night data then the speed becomes slow after use of 1.25gb( for 2gb plan). (1/2)

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint for my network issue and I have tweeted to @ViCustomerCare but there is no response from Vodafone. Yesterday I raised a complaint again but till now I didn't get the solution and I have texted privately yesterday.

@ViCustomerCare I have checked and responded. Irony of @ViCustomerCare who never work on the actual problem. You guys don't read the messages we send you but keep asking us same questions. ORIGINAL PROBLEM IS THAT THE SIM DOESN'T WORK OUTSIDE DELHI. You charged Rs. 150 to sort it but never did.

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Our MD using your services for so many years but now he is unhappy with it, mainly international roaming services where after opting service is not availed to him, he reported to CC but no solution, great 👍 he has option to Port, isn't it?
