    @ViCustomerCare I’m on ₹579/56 days plan. For months my internet speed drops badly after 8–9 PM, gets normal around 10 PM, and becomes unusable again after 12 AM during the 12–6 unlimited data period, even in good coverage places, Need a fix asap or I’ll switch SIM. Contact me!!

    @ViCustomerCare i recently shifted to ahmedabad. my & my wife's internet on mobile is not working, working very slow. Not able to contact customer care. I have been using vodaphone for the last 15 years. I have to switch other operator.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding a recent incident with buying new sim with Vodafone, please read this before you buy VI sim or any other services -Absolute cheap, pathetic customer service people -abusive language and behavior -staff is giving threats to come to my house and beat me @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Disconnection requests need multiple visits, endless calls, & patience of a saint. But bill collection? Sudnly the process is lightning fast—almost like special recovery teams r deployed. Priorities defined. Customer service optional, money collection mandatory 👏
