    @bipolar_kanmani @ViCustomerCare Happened to me a year ago. Vi stole my money thrice. All in the name of VAS and customer executives just read from the script when contacted. Twitter escalation helps to an extent. Got refunded twice after days of battle. I got tired by the third time and Vi still owes me 20.

    @ViCustomerCare In my area we are 50 member having Vodafone connection...network is slow, internet very slow. Sometimes 2g network comes and i have paid for 4g plan, call drops we are in well famous crowded area of surat even though this issue is there..........
