    @VodafoneIN no network connectivity in my area... Using 5 vodafone no. Including 3 postpaid numbers...kindly improve your services other we have to port out... Jio and Airtel have better connectivity. Maharaj Nagar,Budaun

    @ViCustomerCare please stop calling me. 12-15 calls, each every 30 mins after a port out request was submitted. Every support exec told me this is last. This is ridiculous and harassment. Is this how you treat your customers? Get a life, or at least a good CRM tool.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia VI, Not able to use SMS facility despite having 204 rupee. My bank app is not able to verify the phone. As per your customer care @TRAI disallowed sms facility. Call record available. As per him, have to recharge for min 128rs to use sms. Why?

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn people sitting at VI customer care such as RMs, keeps on calling me & misbehaving in the call. Saying that VI wont process ur port out request & u have to stay back to VI. May I know what sort of professionalism is this & what VI is trying to do? @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are harassing me everyday to port to your network. I have multiple times said that I don’t want to but I still get calls from you. I ported out of VI few months ago and I don’t want to join back. Stop calling me!! @DoT_India @TRAI
