    @ViCustomerCare Caller tune was activated in my mobile without my permission. I deactivated it, but again getting messages that caller tune activated. I tried to call customer care several times, after multiple IVR option, when I get to connect in the call, the line disconnects.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to the shop, i bought a new Vi card as suggested by him. My new sim with old number still not getting activated. You seem to have faulty servers of what? What kind of pathetic service you are having??? COME ON Do SOMETHING. Still not registered on network.
