    Dear @ViCustomerCare I'm seriously fed up with the services now. Not able to use internet today. Almost wasting (Unused) 4GB per day. Other network is providing seamless, bufferless speeds. Location: Khamla, Nagpur-440025 (Entire pincode has pblm) *No apologies pls 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 2 days am waiting for this issue to be solved and you are sending me just duplicate statements which has just my total arbitrary bill amount with no exact call details which was considered to charge this bill

    @ViCustomerCare I have no network since morning,(no service),when I contacted customer care from JIO,They told you might have faulty sim and visit vi store for sim replacement which costs 75rs. It's not even 2 months I switched to VI. my friends have the same problem. pin-517124
