    Dear Vi, India. Plz provide a working printer to ur Vi stores. They ask u 2 submit sum documents physically in store, thn ask sum more documents to be emailed, n call u after 3 days n ask to submit the emailed docs physically bcz their printer is not working. @ViCustomerCare

    @sinhaakshayraj @ViCustomerCare Funny how Jio relies on @BTSover1D bot accounts to help its public image. Btw, jio is worse than vi. Port to airtel in my opinion.

    Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly contact me which is very difficult task for you people your customer's problem does not matter to you If there was no 90 day rule then when would I leave your network it is very low level facility for you very disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare nice way to increase your ARPU. Randomly block an old prepaid connection and force the customer to get a new postpaid connection with a high monthly subscription charge. Such a nasty ordeal.
