    @ViCustomerCare Join #Vi ? Are you serious. Worst customer service with no resolution after connecting with support team for more than 20 times for 2 queries. Sending lots of promotional other sms even after doing full DND. That's why I switched to #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Made a complaint around 3 weeks ago for slow connectivity. Your technical team "resolved" it by saying that the customer is too far away!! Just now filed another complaint. I've been with you for 10 years, but Jio keeps beckoning. Is that what you wish me to do?
