    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @TRAI Hello we are using your network from last 8 years but till now VoLTE facility has not come in Bihar circle Idea customers are able to use VoLTE in Bihar circle but Vodafone customers are not which makes a big difference in speed and network.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir I don't get network coverage on 1st and 2nd floor bcoz my nearest tower is almost 15-20 kms away I've raised complaint for 3 years but still my problem is not solved please check dm Ive sent an alternate no on which you can call me

    @ViCustomerCare Check dm I have sent you my number but my concern is that I have complained about network issue in my area for 3 years and still my problem is not solved I live in a village and I only get network if I go on 3rd floor so I can't get your call
