    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

    @ViCustomerCare I asked for complaint/SR No. & resolution date in DM 20hrs ago and no one bothered to reply. Not honouring displayed offers is very pathetic behaviour. Moving out all numbers to @Airtel_Presence / @JioMart_Support

    @ViCustomerCare Still no response? If this is your service before my SIM is even active, it is better to refund my payment. I will port to Jio or Airtel. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Tried calling and emailing, but nothing works.

    Don't use @ViCustomerCare sim, @ViCustomerCare sim is useless in emergency. No outgoing call on 112, 100, or any number.

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,
