    @ViCustomerCare Please stop making excuses. And do something, I'm using Vodafone since 2015. But back in 4 days, your network becomes horrible as 2011's as 2G. My prepaid plan of unlimited calls for 84 days and 4GB data per day is wasting.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, Two day before I recharge 801 rs. In one year disnep + hotstar subscription free but this offer is not active on my account. Many time to contact to customer care but problem is not resolve yet. Said me wait for some time.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI, A few days ago I ported the card to VI. Your Internet works well but does not receive voice in outgoing and incoming calls than I was also call in coustumer care but didn't answer to us soo please I hope you contact me and solve our problems

    @ViCustomerCare This network claims fastest 4G in my town and it doesn't even allow me to watch 2 minute video in YouTube. Not even in 144p. Vodafone was way better off without idea cellular merge.
