  @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.
