@ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

I am constantly complaining to him and you only give false assurance, you take money from us but do not give service on time, sometimes the customer forgets to pay the bill then you immediately stop the service but after paying the money, you do not give service. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Your postpaid to prepaid retention call is just pathetic. They keep trying to convince you and literally harass you until either you agree to keep postpaid or shout !! Really shameful way to force customer to keep postpaid.
