    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

    @ViCustomerCare Hope to see the Vodaidea should shutdown their telecom business. You make a recharge for 4g network and network always shows 3g which works like 2g. Beside voice is worst so how can you enjoy GIGA network which will show 4g will work like 3g.

    @ViCustomerCare Submitted a request (WEB3108837069) to change my prepaid connection to postpaid via your OTP process but now I don't have network since the last 3 hours! It was supposed to be a 30 minute disruption. What needs to be done now to activate my SIM?
