'A company is all because of its employees'- Omkar Desai from the grievance dept had proved this. He,continuously taking follow-ups of my issue after my complaint reached to grievance dept. Also,recharged my number on an urgent basis. @ViCustomerCare needs to have such employees.

@ViCustomerCare since last 5 days i have tweeted regarding poor internet connectivity but still I didn't get any resolution. Last option is tomorrow I am going to port my number to another telecom operator
