    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you write clearly in the scheme, when you don't want to use the data, take the money for recharge and turn off the data at 6 o'clock, very It is ***** and poor quality, will it ever solve this problem or not, I phase the problem last 10 to 15days

    @ViCustomerCare You need to repair your vi app, there is a lot of problem in that neither it refreshes nor opens properly And the rating is continuously falling in the Play Store, in which almost everyone has a same problem, their app is not working properly.

    @ViCustomerCare You closed the complaint and said I could call 198, which I did. Your own executive agreed these were promotional and raised a complaint again - which you closed giving the same reason. Really wonder what different action you'll be taking now 🙄
