    @idea_cares @trai @VodafoneIN My mob no .7284924415 should be made in air ,as since last 7 days it shows NO service . Where as prepaid recharge done for 84 days on 25 may . This is not fair . I m at Sarigam,bhilad,dist valsad .

    Team VI @ViCustomerCare I'm facing very serious problems with VI. Forget using internet I barely get any signals in my area. Even i can't call anyone no signals. I tried all your Settings but no solution & getting - 128dB signals almost no signals of 4G services. Num-8795869693

    @ViCustomerCare my no is 9728270126. I m facing internet issue . Internet speed is very slow. It's like I am on 2g internet. I got my complaint registered on 18 April, But no resolution till now. Please resolve my problem asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. You have no value for your loyal long-term customer. You will deliver a sim to the doorstep of anyone who is porting to VI however you won’t deliver to an existing customer? You expect me to go to a store in the middle of a pandemic!
