@ViCustomerCare VODAFONE ( NOW VI) is the most horrible service provider you can ever have. They have been charging, rather stealing credit from my balance every month since February without my activating any service. It's nothing but cheating and frauding a customer.

@thevirdas So true. They have so many best practices others could follow: resolve tickets without actually resolving the issue. Give fake promises and then tell us that they gave wrong commitment by mistake. More to learn from @ViCustomerCare on how to cheat!! #visucks
