    @TRAI Today @ViCustomerCare has miserably failed in helping me with the ownership transfer even after 39 days of escalation with their very professional Appellate team. I request you to intervene and identify this big of a gap and how they keep a customer uninformed.

    @TRAI I have raised the issue of VODAFONE SIM transfer from my fathers name to my name on 23 february. Almost 2 months later, multiple followups, multiple escalations, I have not got one concrete reply but to only wait for indefinite time. HELP @ViCustomerCare
