    Day to day the network getting worst. Complaining through one month but @Airtel_Presence didn't any respond. Should we go to @VodafoneIN or @reliancejio . @TRAI please help us

    @ViCustomerCare facing lot of issues with the network.. Raised many complaints Customer care services just promises to resolve the issues but no such improvements.. If ur network is not gud enough.. Customers have other network options too.. hope Vi is aware of it.

    @ViCustomerCare no network from two days in Jamshedpur. No 2G, 3G or 4G, nothing works. Total garbage. Not worth the money spent.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service executive says that my recharge expired on 16th Aug 2022 however, I made one call on 17th Aug 2022 at 11.23 am and did my new recharge on 17th Aug 2022 at 8.2 pm. It's good to see telecom companies now able to predict the future with 100 percent accuracy

    @ViCustomerCare still waiting for the sim to be delivered for order... if not delivered by 11:30 today kindly refund the amount. Porting on VI is worst.
