    Once in every 3 months @vodafonein1 adds some VAS(e.g. callertune) without any prompt/request and charge you for the service. Happened thrice in last one year with me and no refund when you reach @ViCustomerCare New ways to cover up your losses.... #shameonVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Ur sale person sold one Sim to my wife with false information after 2 month of non payment. ur recovery department called and threatened people will go ur home and c I m using ur network since long time without fail.
