  @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

  @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

  @ViCustomerCare It is poor service from Vi to visit the store in the era of digitalisation for changes in the current plan. Facing network issue already but not raised as I can manage by WhatsApp call. Better close Vi and start tea stall on road side unauthorised area

  @ViCustomerCare I was in a hurry, so instead of going to the store, I ordred sim online, bt they giv such a gud service dat their associates cal nd say dat they wil deliver the sim 2morow,not 2day.This hapnd to fulfill Vi's promise to prove his point right.“Together for Tomorrow”

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I ported out from Jio to VI, it is my primary sim, network connectivity is okay, I recharged the sim, but did not get any confirmation. Please activate my sim.

  @ViCustomerCare i am never able to call any Customer Care numbers for my Vi number. Always call gets disconnected in a second. I have never faced this issue with my Jio number. I have to call my Credit Card care but I am unable to. Please look into this.
