@VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

@Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

While @ViCustomerCare continues to suck, no OTPs on SMS, cant do transactions. Calling Citi India cust care doesn't help as they have modified from tpin to OTP for even call verification..cannot reach Citi even when, God forbid, there is a fraud Just going in loop 😭 Tech sucks

Not to that there's no easy way to speak to a customer service rep any longer. Raised a query through the app and it was closed without resolution. And you can't raise another query for the same issue?! 2 tweets later and still no valid explanations. Do better @ViCustomerCare

I'm using #VI from more than 5 years but now I've decided to move with Other Network as VI is making you fool with cheap tactics of data, VI is biggest cheater, they are doing cheating with customer, Without using 4G data wipe out. @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho

VodafoneIdea is cheater company, they are doing cheating very wisely with data plan, they are deducting consumer data very cleavarly, I have spoken to their customer care alsoz they don't know where my data had used. @BandBajaateRaho @ViCustomerCare
