    @VodafoneIN No one got it touch. Worst kind of service from Vodaidea. Have been with vodafone from last 13 years but this is service at its worst

    @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN facing pathetic network issues in my area. No stable 2g, 3g or 4g network. No data no call nothing... Fluctuating every minute... Network has become bad from worse.

    @ViCustomerCare the network is down since morning in Palghar (pin code 401404). That’s the only consistent service alongside the billing service. Please improve or shut down completely. #vinetworkdownagain.

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @ViCustomerCare This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response, no accountability, and no clear resolution from your side. Disgusting service quality with equally disappointing customer support resolution.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Same reply, rudely force me to recharge. While there is no network signal, why do I pay a minimum of Rs 179/-. Share UPC for porting. Don't waste time.

    Very disappointed @ViCustomerCare. I activated IR recharge after traveling to Mexico but still getting “No Service”. Your team asked for eSIM documents, I already submitted everything but still no eSIM or resolution. Please resolve urgently. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I have to leave for Canada and My son recharged my vi number on 26 th April, 2026 which is not working. My son and me are requesting for providing e-sim but vi person are denying. Kindly help me. Thanks Sanjay Kumar
