@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

@ViCustomerCare My VI account number 182353279; Invoice number UPI2204344171940. Amazon prime subscription amount of 1270+taxes has been wrongly put in invoice. I have never subscribed for Amazon prime. Remove the amount and share fresh bill

I'm a VI postpaid user and I'm fed up of this rubbish network after complaining several times my issue isn't resolved, I always receive a false promise regrading my network solution. They aren't even disconnecting my service. Worst network in the country @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Having a prepaid MSISDN number for Assam circle. From 13th April facing outgoing call issue to all JIO numbers lodged a complaint for same but no resolution till date. Such worst is customer experience #vodafoneidea
