    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged my number twice after expiry. However, the number is not getting activated! It is causing inconvenience to my day to day work. Unfortunately there is no option addressing my issue on your IVR system. Please resolve the issue asap.

    @ViCustomerCare hi I recently ported my number to Vodafone and it’s been an horrible experience to say the least. I recharged from VI app thrice once my number got ported and the amount got deducted but my balance is still 0.

    It seems international roaming service is dead and not operational for @ViCustomerCare. Request all check it before subscribing for it and wasting money and time chasing them.. Better port out before leaving India.

    I had recharged for 30,59,299 even though I had already paid 299! Why do you ask me to recharge before even my sim is activated!!! Such an horrible experience. It was a mistake to port from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare They block the sim and then asked to do compulsory recharge to activate the sim i already done the recharge of 1 year now I am thinking I made a big mistake to continue to rely on your network.
