    @JioCare @reliancejio @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate How poor jio network. It's too much slow. My whole locality is annoying from this network.please friends suggest me any better network in my locality.

    Worst service they are harrassing customers in store.they are making me roam around store everyday saying come tomorrow when i went to postpaid to prepaid conversion.I'm not gonna leave store today without my issue resolved.#vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare Using bots for chat.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you have stooped down to a pathetic level. I have been charged Rs.204 every month since 2018 for unknown VAS. 100's of calls made to your customer care, no resolution. What's pathetic is they call it Telegram download charge. What nonsense is this ?

    @ViCustomerCare Got my sim converted from postpaid to prepaid. Store people took ₹299 from me as a mandatory first recharge, I’ve paid for it yesterday. They haven’t done the recharge. I’m sitting with an active sim without calls. Store is not picking my phone. Rubbish service!

    @ViCustomerCare Your Customer care agents are so rude and useless as the services you provide to your customer. I had called your customer care service to stop the derives for my prepaid number but you kept sending me the bill for 2 months.

    @ViCustomerCare Went to the store. The person said sorry I wrote your number incorrectly for the recharge. Like seriously? How difficult is it to note down a number. Anyways, it’s working now.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint registered on 06/01/2023 with reference number #4-142583573658 should be resolved by 10/01/2023,11:29 AM But i didn't received any update regarding the complaint. When I can expect solution?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not going to leave the store without solution today .I'm even ready to stay for has many days it will take for the process to complete. And i will keep updating it online how fast your customer support is.
