    Dear @VodafoneIN I am facing data speed and connectivity issues for last 1 month, your 4G is worst in area even 3G data speed is faster than 4G, please improve 4G data speed at my location. @TRAI @Speedtest

    @ViCustomerCare “You already know what I’ve raised. I’m sure many Vi customers are facing the same issue. For a ₹600 bill, the constant pre-due-date calls are excessive and unnecessar this isn’t a loan recovery. Please stop these calls immediately.”

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Team, I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly mentions “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I’m unable to activate or set any caller tune on my number This is misleading, as the benefit is advertised but not actually usable. Please check the issue
