    @VodafoneIN unable to receiving the verifying sms from Vodafone when I try to login on icici app. Main balance is there. I am getting sms from google pay and phone pe but not icici app. Kindly help

    @ViCustomerCare a simple issued cannot be resolved by Vi for a postpaid customer. Missed call alerts cannot be activated via ussd or sms. Your executives just keep on giving multiple codes to try ans restart the phone. No doubt about the state of Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly provide a working complaint number and I will call it. When you give a complaint number, kindly let me know the options to choose so that I can either talk to a rep or register my complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare There useless customer care number where no option to talk with customer care person Today all are know about plan and pricing with your app so need to remove from your ivr as well. Now days all are know where to get info. Why you west time your and your customer

    All ISP's totally suck. Absolutely no network of @ViCustomerCare or airtel in bldg. Had to go for Jio. Which recharges plan on its own when one expires without even asking. Absolutely no human contact. No way to figure out how and why they activate any plan without consent!

    @ViCustomerCare My number was shifted to postpaid on 8 April 2022 and all the documents have been submitted and verified.But all of a sudden yesterday,the number has been suspended citing document issues. Horrible service.

    Been waiting 4 days for a @ViCustomerCare SIM card. Finally the guy delivers it and says “sorry the plan select is not working so you’ll have to place a fresh order” No wonder @airtelindia is obliterating these clowns
