    @ViCustomerCare @Kuberankubee1 #vi So now you are asking kuberan to go to Pune for latching 5G service!!?? What he is asking??? When to 5G coimbatore... You #vi tell it won't come or may come shortly, instead asking customers to go to other location is not correct.

    @ViCustomerCare I would still expect a call back tp conclude this once it for all. Need below help from you. 1) Addition of Email id to get bills km time. 2) portal access to pay 6 months bill in advance.

    @ViCustomerCare Make complain several time through your App. but no response from your end. last time your executive get 4 days to resolve. but the problem is same till now after 1 month to go.

    @ViCustomerCare is still make excuses for there fraud and cheat insted of providing the solid solution there Coustomer care guy asked me to go whatever I get or change the operator. Even an other guy who had world with me aftemy post ghosted me @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue while trying to use the internet through my mobile hotspot. Although I am able to connect my laptop to the hotspot, there is no internet access available on the laptop.

    I did an unlimited 5G recharge on my number but it’s still not working. Called customer care multiple times — they said it will be fixed, but it’s been 3 days and no resolution. Very disappointed with this service. 👎 @ViCustomerCare
