  @ViCustomerCare , Hi, I have my sim related issues, added ticket and it was as suggested to to change sim, have been to prahlad nagar store 4 times, done verification process three times, paid money still, my current sim is deactivated and waiting for new sim to be activated yet.

  From one of the best operators in Goa to one of the worst. !dea cellular now @ViCustomerCare V! is consistently bad even in the heart of Margão. 70-80% of my data pack always lapses as the speeds are so pathetic that I cannot use it at all. #Fail #mobile #VodafoneIdea

  @ViCustomerCare I have a basic feature phone which and my account has deducted for Games and Videos, both of which are impossible to play on a basic phone which doesn't even support internet. Scam 2021. Fu*k off! Time to change network.
