    Horrible experience trying to disconnect a number 9930303836 at @ViCustomerCare First was told by call centre to pay in July to disconnect, paid. Again a new bill came in August with fines. And now wasting time in Vodafone gallery in vashi trying to pay fine and disconnect

    @ViCustomerCare sent a DM to you describing the details! Clear case of false promises and misguiding a customer. An extremely nonchalant attitude saying do what you want to do instead of trying to help
