@VodafoneIN unable to receiving the verifying sms from Vodafone when I try to login on icici app. Main balance is there. I am getting sms from google pay and phone pe but not icici app. Kindly help

@ViCustomerCare I received the monthly bill and was surprised with large bill due to international roaming charges for the call which have been cut. Raised the complaint and they said nothing can be done. There is no proper communication and such response is ridiculous.

It is a very bad experience with @ViCustomerCare they are offering 12am-6 am unlimited internet and after that as per my plan 2 gb usage but on date 22-12-2022 they are showing my whole 2 gb net has been used till 2 pm but according to my mobile only 1.62 Gb is total usage how ??

@ViCustomerCare i have already provided details but there is no one at Vi can give solution. Vi claim very high service standard however in actual there is no service. i need my Ordered SIM today. its been 5 days i have called more than 10times to Customer care they just apologise and do nothing

@ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia @RajCMO Vi is the company i have ever crossed they want me to recharge the sim to resolve the problem although they knew there is the problem and same thing is going on for last one and a half year . They will not take your complaint until you recharge

@ViCustomerCare #vi your network tower/antenna is just near i.e. next building & another one very near, say 1000 feet. Still your network engineers are working very hard. Your network failed due to your hard working engineers.
