    @ViCustomerCare Superior in “no service” and “bad connections” No service for 3 consecutive days. I had to use someone’s Airtel hotspot just to even make a complaint. Complained about it multiple times but in vain. bad network, bad customer service #VodafoneIdeasucks

    @ViCustomerCare put down a port out request from Vodafone and I’m literally getting 4-5 calls an hour - reps spamming me continuously to stay on your network. On top of that, the way they talk is too bad. Why do you guys even deserve to operate? What do you even offer??

    Not getting proper 4G network at multiple locations. Getting 3G and 2G network. Frustrated with @ViCustomerCare network. Going to port out soon into @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare thats the limit of useless service by VI. Untill I didn't renewed my plan everything was fine after it's done you are back were you were in heap of garbage services. If you can't provide even 2g service God knows from where you get paid India's best network cert.

    @ViCustomerCare How to call and wish them when there is no network 24x7. When we complain , you call after some days and say this is the best network . What do you mean by best when there is no network at all?

    @ViCustomerCare You really need to start VoLTE service in Bihar Jharkhand circle. I ported to Vi to support your company during its crisis but now it seems I need to port again to another operator. While making calls and sending SMSs internet gets disconnected and becomes 2G.
