  @ViCustomerCare My vi number sim had been damaged by your fault .Now for duplicate Sim Rs 100 being demanded by retailers But in this case Sim Should be given free please solve problems

  @ViCustomerCare i have been using VI from past 8-10yrs. From past few days i am unable to make calls or receive calls and internet is very very slow. Checked with other people who use VI they are also facing same issue. If it doesnt get resolved in 1-2 days i will be porting out.

  A customer since so long I expected a better resolution just saying you have used it which i have not . How can someone be charged for IR SMS which i hv never sent . This amount has to be reversed as this is not correct @ViCustomerCare
