    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare what kinda service is vi giving.. I just don't understand that.. First they asked me to pay the amount... And was doing ****** things.. When i paid the amount by myself.. The took 8-9 days to activate the number.. then they asked me to visit vi store

    Vi is the worst NETWORK provider. They randomly just turn off my net for a whole day anytime. It happened 10 times last month and 2 times this month. I can't even send a WhatsApp message. I have also file complain multiple times but they have no clue about it @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, having good impression Vi, I switched my no. to Vi but from the day 1, my no. Ported to Vi, I'm facing very worst network and in 5G era, my basic phone not able to get 2g network, already reached customer care through "UPE-V01240277889" and problem unsolved @

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I'm just sick of your customer management issues. I would never recommend anyone to your network as your network has a pathetic service and when someone ports out, you charge them unethically to make money.
