  @ViCustomerCare I cannot make calls from my mobile number even though I have a pack valid up to 26 nov. It says insufficient balance. I have made a complaint. But I got a message that it will take 5 days.

  @ViCustomerCare I have a few queries - when am travelling, why does the data and network keeps dropping ? Is it only for Vodafone ?? Also when it switches to 3G or Edge connection, the network is completely unusable - why ??
