  @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

  @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

  When will I get my sim? 12 days are gone still no help from your side at all. Is this how you treat your customer. Remove the fake suspended status from my sim so that I can replace my sim from other store.@ViCustomerCare @ashwini

  @ViCustomerCare the services are going bad to worse. IR packs which was suppose to be easy are struggle. The duty free vouchers don’t come in time and packs get activated or requests for deactivated being done without the consent of customer. No process or compliance.

  Worst service of vi you now providing 5G speed is same as 4G speed meters showing 1mbps ONLY uploading is also 0.56 it's my 10 th complaint still no solution in this company in my area your site engineer also visit they also said that frequency is down by company @ViCustomerCare

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio I am also willing to port out to Vi once they launch 5G in Umargam Gujarat 396165 / 396171/ 396170 as jio 5g have now become very slow and irresponsive to any complaint. currently Vi 4g is far better than Jio 5g, Vi 4g speed test on ookla DL- 152 Mbps UL- 27 Mbps @ViCustomerCare
