    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I want to know that is your network coverage good in my area because I want to switch in VI from @reliancejio . Jio is providing worst network and internet speed. And they are doing nothing to improve his network quality. So, I want to switch in VI.

    @ViCustomerCare My service requests are being closed without resolving the issue. It is pathetic to say the least. Have been trying to connect to my home number 04792430869 when on roaming but not able to connect. This problem is lying unresolved for last 2 months

    @ViCustomerCare What response? I never told that my internet is not working. My net is working but the speed is nothing. If you check my records 2 weeks ago, i was using more than 3GB per day and since last 10 days I am using it in MBs. So speed is the issue.

    I suggest to everyone plz don't use VI sim. Because they give you worst services ever. Because it's internet speed is worst of the worst. Customer care always says as we checked you and use your data so it might be ur app problem.@ViCustomerCare @TRAI
