  @ViCustomerCare please tell your executives to behave properly. My mother, senior citizen is getting threatening call to pay the bill amount. Already she had requested she isn't going to use the Vi service. Going to lodge police complain.

  @ViCustomerCare since 15 days the vi network is very weak. Not able to download single WhatsApp status nor a single pic quickly.. What happened with your network plz fix the problems.

  @IAmit_Yadav @vodafoneIN customer’s location, we were able to conclude that the network sites at the location are fully optimized and working at their full capacity. We have also informed him that we will continue upgrading existing sites in order to improve the quality of our existing network (2/3)

  @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare took action only after escalation to @DoT_India. They're giving yesterday's status. Plz ask why they imposed charges after cancelling acct and porting out on 9 Feb 22. Why charges not reversed promised on Mar 5,22. Why in Apr they're again harassing customer?
