    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I have give my personal contact details to Vodafone multiple times but they haven't yet resolved my network issue. Just giving fake commitments by weeks to get it resolved. BE LOYAL.

    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, When will I get the resolution. I can not keeping switching my phone network from 4G to 3G just to make a phone call. This is a workaround but what about the permanent resolution.

I paid advance rental till Sept. 2021 but my mobile number 9911338555 deactivated by @Idea and issued the same number to another customer. Now idea not refunding my paid amount.     @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user of vi network I want to get converted to prepaid but the vi store in Hyderabad and the customer care is not helping me out. Not able to pay huge bills in pandemic I contacted the customer care more than 10 times but they did not help me out.
