Please verify the numbers of complaints here of idea . Pathetic customers support and service and having very poor network coverage

    @vilassharma @Idea @VodafoneIN Better to port out. They don’t have network coverage now . Also pathetic support and service. I was also a victim and having mobile no 9911338555 . Now deactivated inspite of advance rental paid till September 2021

My mobile 9911338555 issued to another customer after taking the advance rental till September 2021 and now not refunding. Think twice before

    @ViCustomerCare it's frustrating that VI network is the worst network I'm using....right now 721139 in this pin code vi doesn't give any kind of net speed that I can tweet or mail my problem. My friend give me hotspot and I'm tweet to vodaphone idea customer care

    No option for escalation it seems. Customer care telling me to go to Vodafone store again. I don't think it will get resolved. Will close this nos if @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea cannot help replace/upgrade sim. & no online verification option in this digital era. 2/n.

    @ViCustomerCare Whenever i tried to call some specific numbers, it gives a message line busy. I raised request to customer care, subsequently issue not resolved and frequently faced network or call drop issue.
