    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodafoneBiz how it is reasonable to make a recharge of 128 rupees for Just one SMS. Earlier it was 49 now 128 and maybe after 2 months it will be 1000 rupees recharge for activation of SMS pack for that customer already have paid.

    @ViCustomerCare oh my god your network is never stable. Neither my calls ever get through on a single attempt nor is there any clarity in the voice to top that your 4G services have been as bad as EDGE and coincidently my network reads E/EDGE even right now.Time for me to move on

    @ViCustomerCare when airtel raised the min. RC to 79/28 days - you did the same, apart from that you are not allowing users to send messages via main balance, instead asking us recharge for 129 & above to avail SMS option - such a pathetic strategy. @TRAI @DoT_India - please help
