    @VodafoneIN trust me, you've the worst customer care ppl on call as well as on stores. Half baked information always! Wanted to shift to prepaid again but so many formalities. In the times of smartphones, you are asking for hard copies of docs and passport size photos. Bizarre!

    @ViCustomerCare You will not get the networks in the day, I am facing this issue from the last month, then what the use of night unlimited data. Even In night bad networks, even whatsapp msg gets delivered after 15 min, sometimes after an hour. If you have patience then only use vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network compare to all.. if we use a payment app it takes more then 30 minutes to buffer and when you go to costumer excutive for grievance they will only say "complaint kr di hai" again and again .. and problems will happen again .. worst network

    @ViCustomerCare Same problem I have as all have simple solution just port it. They can reduce customer then left customers can use properly bcoz they have limited utilization of tower so left customers will happy so I request you all port it.
