@VodafoneIN Your customer care team 198 is asking 48 - 72 hours to investigate this issue and then they can confirm the timeline, stores people are not responding , it's been more then 24 hours and I am not able to use my @VodafoneIN prepaid sim, No wonder why people are leaving and port out

Thanks a lot to Mr Rahul from Vodafone who took this issue seriously and took it to closure. Just when the app finally worked, got a shock to see @VodafoneIN @servifyin graciously giving ₹15k for XSMAX exchange. iPhone will be forever, this plan though I doubt! 😂👋

@VodafoneIN Whenever I am requesting customer care team to connect to thier manager , they simply put my call on hold and disconnect it , similar to your stores people who straight away mentioned that you can't meet the manager at all @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Guys I am getting amazing speeds of 15-20Mbps while downloading apps or watching videos. But the latency/ping & stability while gaming is very bad. Don't know what's the problem but can you give me a solution? I don't face this issue with any other operator.
