    @TRAI just few minutes back i called on @VodafoneIN customer care, one person picked, i asked him questions how rudly he replied and in few minutes he said go to store when govt saying avoid unnecessary traveling and hanged down my phone, fraud bills are being sended by vodafone

    @VodafoneIN why dont you shut your company if you cant give good network to us 700 to 800 every month bill but from past one lots of the time internet not working today also ssme issue half of the apps not working on your net its too slow

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.
