    @ViCustomerCare even though the recharge stands valid, ur customer care also accepted the same, my cell outgoing stopped for no reason from last 3 hours, totally unacceptable, rescued message that issue will be resolved by 25th may, i think ur company has gone nuts

    @RoopaAnanthana1 @ViCustomerCare I also use Prepaid Airtel. It is also bad. Agent says Jio is bad. There are only a few cos giving good service. Hard to choose.

    Isn't it funny that I have an active @ViCustomerCare data connection but still have to use @Airtel_Presence hotspot to use internet. Even @JioCare is working fine at same location as mine but its this low level company's service that has an issue. Actually the joke's one me....

    I think @ViCustomerCare should think twice before saying "WE ARE FASTEST NETWORK PROVIDER IN 🇮🇳" . They are worst in customer care support also. I'm trying since 4 days and no response till yet🙄
