@ViCustomerCare very 3rd class service. I lodge multiple time complained regarding data slow issue but there is no resolution. I also e-mail to appellate but still no resolution. I have done very big mistake to choose Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare Multiple times I have reached out to your customer service regarding these deductions. First you randomly deduct money i faced this on BOTH of my VODAFONE numbers. Same message same deduction. I'm porting both my VODAFONE numbers I'm just too frustrated with this.

@ViCustomerCare When I asked customer care they side esim will not support iPhone 11. It will support over iphone 12
