    @ViCustomerCare is now having worst customer service! After complaining many times still having problem to run internet... I should have changed the company but their customer executive told to not to change that this was the first time!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have been having internet issues from 15th May. Made a complaint on the app & customer care. Received a call from technical team on 21st May 2021. Assured it will be normal & will call back but no response till now. This is how you treat me for being with you for 2 decades.

Assured it will be normal & will call back but no response till now. This is how you treat me for being with you for 2 decades?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm a customer for 15+yrs. Every 6months I've to ask for a discounted plan. I've been charged additional for 2months due to this, and the excess for 1month only has been refunded. Other #serviceproviders are offering me good plans & price. #portout is only option.
