I purchased new VI Sim (6390238208) My Phone (Redmi Note 8) is VoLTE enabled but Sim is not show VoLTE... and network is also interrupted time to time.. I faced very bad experience with this sim.. What should I do???? @ViCustomerCare @XiaomiIndia @Xiaomi

@ViCustomerCare who is to be blames of the mobile numbers r being used for telemarketing.. It will be service provider or the tele marketing company.. Ur numbers r being used by hathway for making business calls.. Thou, am in DND.. Am being disturbed with their calls..

@ViCustomerCare ported into ur network, but due to some confusion over Tele verification, number got barred. Called ur customer care and got tele verification scheduled again but now when incoming has also been barred, can u expedite the process. Elderly parent cant go to store
