@ViCustomerCare I recharged a ₹ 48 on March 6 which is still pending and almost 48 hours have passed, customer care is on the phone saying that the problem will be resolved on March 11, so do I keep my connection till then or Then if I do another recharge, how will you adjust this recharge

@ViCustomerCare The question is why there is pending bills? Your customer care had requested me to pay 7 days payment in advance in December/Jan to close the number. I did that already and then raised the closing request through customer care. Why it was not closed???

@ViCustomerCare Team, your network strength has plummeted overnight in my area and now I am neither able to call nor receive any incoming calls. I have been using VI since 2014 but this time it is the worst I have seen. Do work on resolving this asap or I will need to port out.
