    @ViCustomerCare How USELESS ARE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE 3 NUMBERS. THERE IS ONE NUMBER SUSPENDED WHICH IS THE ONE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED ON.     @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.
