@ViCustomerCare You have resolved the reported matter. Thanks. But the problem should not exists in the system. Anyone who does not check will loose the money without any valid reason. Instead, increase your prices to increate the ARPU.

@ViCustomerCare I have contacted Vi customer care two days before, and she said that “there were some network issues that would be solved within 4 hours”. Nothing happened. After 48 hours, nobody responded. Very bad.
