    @aditiraval @ViCustomerCare Ok . Using jio and airtel both. Airtel is worst for international roaming. And customer support is even worse in airtel

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.

    @ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.

    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.
