    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team very poor network services from Vodafone as since Last evening 7 Pm my network lost and not able to call anybody and neither able to to take calls. When you are very prompt to collect money from customer then why you are very poor in terms of services.

    @ViCustomerCare Disgusting service from VI, first reply is "We are working on your concern ..." and second reply "we are awaiting your response to resolve your concern ...". VI Didn't ask me any information but still they are waiting for my response.
