    @ViCustomerCare I am getting proper signal in indoor. In mobile data showing only 2g not more than that in indoor. To get 4g or 3 g I need to go for last foor. Why I don't port to other network?

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, you were already providing bad service and now you have made it pathetic by not allowing users to send SMS using main balance amount. Now recharge of atleast ₹129+ req to send SMS. Emergency, banking, verification sms not possible now. Vi is no longer reliable.

    Was told that a 3rd party service provider will generate the invoice and email it in 10 days. Moreover, I was asked to pay in advance for #1month for my postpaid number which I wanted to convert to prepaid. The postpaid number got deactivated the next day itself. @ViCustomerCare
