    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare vi worest network no network from 6 day and when I complain vi they reply me after 4 days that your sim card is damaged matlab 6 deno recharge gaya aur 75 sim exchange charges alg se 🤬🤬🤬 since 2019 I am complaining to vi and idea team please improve your network .

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I booked online vi postpaid number 983****415 and waiting for delivery but not found on scheduled time, complaint to cust care after few hours later my booked number was cancelled by Vi. Pls help to get my Vip number.

    @ViCustomerCare Past few months we are trying to convert postpaid plan to pre-paid plan approached retail neglected to change . Every month i am facing the problem. Their are giving wrong commitment frustrated to use their services ..
