    @ViCustomerCare Never faced such difficulties for conversion from postpaid to prepaid. Got SIM on 22st Oct. Till date not activated. Not able to call 59059. "Network not registered" is the message I receive everytime. Contacted customer care people many times but in vain.

    worst experience with VI recharged my number with the 249 which gives 4g but, im getting 3g connection and the speed is absolutely horse ****. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing has happened even after Vi has got in touch with me. I know nothing is going to happen. Vi is simply forcing me use their operator service.
