@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, It has been almost a week and the issue still remains the same. This is extremely disappointing. What kind of service is this? I have paid for a recharge expecting proper network and internet access, but the service has been completely useless.2/1

@ViCustomerCare My money has gone to waste because I cannot use even basic services like calls or internet If you are unable to fix this network issue immediately then kindly refund my recharge amount so that I can switch to another service provider
