    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @[TelecomHandle], I converted from prepaid to postpaid on April 12, and you’ve left me with zero service for days. I’ve requested verification calls to my alternate number (lmultiple times with NO follow-up. #CustomerServiceFail #Telecom

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare Till now no eSIM received . Even I sent all docs via email and also agent contacted me and took all documents via WhatsApp too including phone EID . Still eSIM not received . Network Signal not received too

    @ViCustomerCare, my number is not activated even after all dues was paid and the matter was already discussed on the alternate number. If everything is clear from my side, what exactly is the problem from your end? Activate the number immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare No, it was not feedback. I was explaining the issue. You did not even note the address where I am facing network problems. The call got disconnected because the network disappeared. And you did not show the courtesy to call back on my alternate num #VodafoneIdea
