    One of the worst network @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare , my phone support 5g but the vodafone network is constantly going 2g and 3g ... When I switch off the phone and on it again it shows me 4g+ for some 2-3 minutes and than again go down 2g and 3g , I've to switch my network

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst customer care you guys have. My mom’s number is out of network since 1st Jan, despite having validity packs. We complained but, no resolutions yet. All your customer care can do is talk rudely. What a hellish experience.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing can be done apart from false commitments and fake customer service.. they will just tell you we will provide these benefits and that benefits and then the subscription amount will be added in next bill.. Fraud company.. #fraudvi
