    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network and bad quality of customer care services. The requested service request closed without resolving the internet issue. Becoz of this bloody services I have recharged with jio and this is absolutely two times faster than @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make any calls since morning i don’t know whts happening. pls fix this asap. i m getting incoming calls but cnt make outgng. its showing failed on whichever no i dial no. pls check my number in dm.i already tried swtch off & on thing, sim on different no same issue

    @ViCustomerCare Documents provided on email twice and still the confirmation has not been shared for a sim exchange. I understand all the security issues. But this is becoming ridiculous. How much longer do I have to wait?
