    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare This is really disappointing. Every time there’s a power cut in my area, your network goes down too — and it’s been happening daily for the past week. Complaints haven’t helped at all. Looks like porting to another network is the only option left.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed! Recharged ₹579 for Unlimited 5G, but my daily data got exhausted despite being in a 5G zone (Metiabruz). Why am I not getting the unlimited 5G benefit as promised? Please fix this. #Vi5G #Vodafoneldea

You have just fooled, looted me, Thank me for not approaching Consumer Court yet. Now even if you provide lifetime free I ain't

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.
