    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS my voda number +918447069290 was showing no service i went to the service centre they are saying your sim is block and i called to the customer care they said this is non Vi number . What to do this is my personal number kindly solve my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare i hav been noticing. No auto update no app in background working just my pH data is no. N data bl is only 0. 37. Left without high data use?. Now I am feed up. N soon I will leave voda? Bec my problem is not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare Any #lawyers who can help me sue #Vodafone? They took my money and didn't provide the required service. They kept postponing the issue and even now at the end of my trip I haven't received any refund. I wish claim not just my refund but also compensation for the mental distress.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service ever, raised complain many times no satisfactory reply on network evry call asking my basic details only or location issue!!!should i change my location for using vi service, this is only duty of customer support team.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare the most useless and inept service. I've been complaining that for 2 years I don't get any Network in my area. But nothing's done so far. My calls getting dropped, ppl are not able to reach me on my phone. If this is not solved I'm changing to another!!
