    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, yesterday I tried to recharge my number using the VI app. The payment got deducted but the recharge plan is not activated. I can't see it in the history either. Kindly help on this.

    @ViCustomerCare Experiencing very poor network coverage at our office premises (map coordinates- 19.176498, 72.992649). Calls drop frequently and data speeds are unreliable. Many colleagues are switching to other providers due to stronger networks. Please take immediate action.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Iqbal! We never wish for you to go through such an experience. With regard to your network-related concern, as per our system check for the given PIN code (362560), the complaint has already been registered under Sr No. GUJ-V02083989130, and as speed useless

    @TRAI I activated my international roaming on @ViCustomerCare however on reaching Sri Lanka my outgoing calls were not working.Inspite of complaining immediately after landing in Colombo there was problem in accessing data as well as outgoing calls.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No response in DM yet. Issue still unresolved. ₹398 MNP plan par “UL Data” dikhaya gaya tha, lekin sirf 1GB/day mil raha hai. Please resolve urgently or I will proceed with PG Portal complaint. #VI #MNP #ConsumerRights
