    What a extortion it is from Telecom Networks especially @vicustomercare. Poor service. And, when you want to port out, you have to recharge for ₹128+ to get MNP Number irrespective of the valid recharge working in the number.

    I have been a loyal customer to your services since past 5+ years. Post paid and premium services but what should I do when I dont get OTP's and when you deliver it after 4 hours you deliver it, all reason. Suggest 1 reason @ViCustomerCare to not to move to another operator?

    @ViCustomerCare Had enough of patience testing. Sorry to say but you will be losing your valuable customers if this is how you deal with others as well. I will definitely port to @reliancejio now. You have worst customer service.

    @suunil31 @vodafone @ViCustomerCare I am also facing the same problem. I have already paid my last bill even though they have tripled my monthly plan without my consent and are repeatedly threatening me that they will not even let you port my mobile connection.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi team.. your own Appallete provides format which is different than provided by your customer care executive. So again back to square one. Shouldn't you be improving services instead of harassing customers?

BSNL rs.49.. 100minuts ..24days or Rs.118 unlimited calls 26days Jio offer rs.329 unlimited calls 84 days. I'm confused which operator to choose
