    @ViCustomerCare why do you claim that your network is fastest 4g network. Do do you really use your own 4g network. If Answer is YES then you are also frustrated like me , as I am also using Vodafone idea network.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for your response. I am on the unlimited 598 plan so face no difficulty. What about those people who can't recharge for 128? You have cut them off from the most basic mobile service and services such as UPI. So much for CSR.

    @ViCustomerCare Well after number of complaints of bad service of internet and network I am finally porting my sim to jio . Well I guess VI is itself responsible for day by day loosing it's subscribers base . VI 4g services are even worst than 2g.

    @ViCustomerCare I cant understand why my issue has not been resolved yet. Seems @vodafonein1 doesn't care their customer issue. Now a days vodafone has become the worst network provider. I m going to port my nmber after the expiry of my this mnth plan. Guys dont buy Voda Idea sim. U will regrt.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS What a pathetic experience using #Vi services and fake promise given by customer care. Had recharge of 599 for 1.5 gb daily And under the portability special offer had 199 rs recharge for 1+1gb daily
