    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, One of number is not getting incoming calls from 1 months, 599 plan is active and tried reaching all the ways but no response. Sent email to Vodafone Team but still no luck waiting for Resolution from 20 days. Please Help customers first #HappyToHelp

    @ViCustomerCare @ananya_birla @TRAI We recharged with rs 479 and rs 719 by your vi app recommend recharge option and it shows 2gb/day for 56 days and 84days respectively..but got only 1.5gb/day data plan.this is not the right way to treat your customer.2days gone no solution yet

    Worst customer experience with @ViCustomerCare, kept me on hold for 10 minutes twice and then hang up. Time to switch to Jio for all my 5 connections. @ViCustomerCare you guys don’t bother for call back though you know issue isn’t resolved.
