    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, One of number is not getting incoming calls from 1 months, 599 plan is active and tried reaching all the ways but no response. Sent email to Vodafone Team but still no luck waiting for Resolution from 20 days. Please Help customers first #HappyToHelp

    @ViCustomerCare My number 7976566719 has been suspended since Friday night. Multiple complaints, emails & tweets, yet no resolution. Communication is completely disrupted and my work is affected. Resolve today or I will file a police complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged some roaming pack which cannot be used within India, can anything be done as I'm losing money on this without any service.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare Get new sim: you can start using it in minutes Get existing sim working: hours/days-long wait and efforts Porting over to Vi: One sms Vi to Vi change: 100 formalities Does this make sense?! Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one?
