    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, One of number is not getting incoming calls from 1 months, 599 plan is active and tried reaching all the ways but no response. Sent email to Vodafone Team but still no luck waiting for Resolution from 20 days. Please Help customers first #HappyToHelp

    @ViCustomerCare You are also doing fraud,Vi team what is this your nonsense policy? I am not able to send sms from my number, when i call to customer care they say that you need to recharge minimum of 128 recharge for doing SMS from your number,kya bakwas hai

    @ViCustomerCare Not sure that would help, you have tried 200 times earlier, but couldn't fix your customer complaint lines.

    @ViCustomerCare We don't care what your problem is, it is resolved. We don't care if our Customer Complaint lines are not working for more than 20 days across India. We don't escalate that, because it is not a customer problem.
