    @ViCustomerCare We had an Indian VI sim which got deactivated due to no usage in Feb'23. Visited multiple vi stores to reactivate, mailed customer care. No concrete solution given other thn owner coming in person, which is impossible as she is out of country for job. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare is any Idea to port out from Vi to other before complete 90 Days?? Bcz Internet speed is in only KB means less then 1 MBPS Very bad experience 😞😞

    @ViCustomerCare Happy to trouble,Dear vi care inspite of multiple mail and telephonic conversations you are not reactivating an in use sim with more than 4 months validity remaining.And more importantly no prior intimation about discontinuation of services of >10year old sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Third class service by you. 4g is not working properly in my location. Automatically switch from 4g to 2g. I don't know why? And you are taking about 5g!
