@ViCustomerCare vi care your customer care number 198 not give service properly and they talk properly with customer. Some times ago i call 198 for deactivation flash service but they not give proper information and cut my call.Worst customer service.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India dear sir in this covid and lockdown time operator asking us togo outside.They are delivering new sim to new customer but for existing they are not helping. Even other operator want to help but again they are not giving Port no. Pls help.

@ViCustomerCare after gave confirmation sms for deactivation flash service now i got one more flash service.For Vi service my rating is zero star. i think jio is good for this matter.They don't sent any flash service. after 30 May i port my Vi sim into Jio @JioCare

i don't need any tips ,keep it in your pocket Vi care. You give me only proper service for which i pay u money that's it. if again i got any type flash service then i have only option switch of Vi to other network. @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare for any problem solving we need connect with customer carr so many times but after this sim card not work properly. If i don't need flash service then why u give me flash service. if possible improve network wavelength in our area .
