    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the information. As per the DM, the process takes up to 72 hours, but the customer support team keeps saying “you will get the SIM by evening.” Clear communication would avoid unnecessary follow-ups and confusion.

    @ViCustomerCare I am reporting a grievance regarding the 28-day validity cycle. I am paying for a full month but getting service for only 28 days. As per TRAI guidelines, I am requesting more 30-day/Calendar month plan options that are easily accessible.
