@ViCustomerCare Would not recommend using their services at all. My sim is not working from the 5th Sept till date and all they have to say is please be patient!!! Pathetic service! TAT is unachievable by them. False Promises!! @akshayamoondra

@ViCustomerCare Hey there i'm using VI sim card since a year ago. And every time i facing network problem. Your internet service is too slow. I missed my all lecture due your network issue. Everyday i get 3gb data, but i unable use 1gb data too. Coz speed is too slow.

@ViCustomerCare So you mean to say that from 5th till 19 sept, I am not legible to use my services. Not only that, I can't use any banking service and forget about my business loss completely. Also, the trauma of beimg hospitalized and not being able to use my own debit/credit card as no OTP!!!
