  Hi @ViCustomerCare So this is the 3rd time in 2 months that Data on select apps has stopped working and no solution helps. Now instead of calling me countless num of times and making a pretense of fake concern,kindly refer to last 2 complaints and find the solution accordingly.

  The nightmare of being a @VodafoneIN customer continues. A few days back decided to change from prepaid to postpaid, provided necessary documents, also went physicall to a vi store, and today services to the number have been blocked! #CustomerExperience #badservice

  @ViCustomerCare Awaiting for what? You have not even taken a complaint from me. Your agents on the field have no clue about documentation, and Vi support stores are no better. I've been a customer for a decade and never felt so helpless because of your bad #CustomerService
