    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 18-Jul-2022 03:38:04 PM with reference number C004-134062506838 is registered. We assure resolution by 19-Jul-2022 03:42:41 PM. RAISED ANOTHER COMPLAINT STILL NO RESPONSE. VI SAY THEY CALLED NO MISSED CALLS ON MY PHONE!!!

    @ViCustomerCare It is quite disappointing that the mobile data speed of Vi prepaid connection of my number is utterly very slow since 16th July. Please look into this data speed issue and resolve it.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Why is there a call drop issue happening in Kolkata. Calls are being disconnected within 10 mins, 2 mins. Why is this happening? Kindly solve the issue ASAP. It is causing a lot of problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I still faced the same issue, what the hell @ViCustomerCare team is doing, this is such a careless and waste support. I want my money to be refunded, you again lied to me just tp get Recharged, Please refund my money I can't continue with VI anymore.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you say that you resolved my issue. but im still facing trouble with the network. i still cant use data properly and neither a proper voice on call. even the customer support representative had to disconnect the call bcz my voice wasnt clear on the call. send help
