@ViCustomerCare Hi there.. I have recharged on 3rd Jan22, through G pay,but recharge not happened, and even after 7 days, i dint get my money back to my account. i have been mailing still dint get my money back, Vi started cheating in the name of G pay recharges not working .

@ViCustomerCare Poor organization!!! Showing attitude to consumers when customer explains the fact. And then falling to customer feet when they port out. Remember, customer is King. And king can afford to loose even whole Month recharge when he decides to quit and port.

@ViCustomerCare No Service international roaming in USA. Numerous complaints filed. I have repeated these settings many times but still no network. Already have filed a grievance in the consumer court. Share this post and spread the word if you are facing similar problem.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised this issue many times and nothing has been done. This shows negligence of @ViCustomerCare towards it's customer. You can even send your technical team to my location for verification. If you can't help then please refund my money
