@ViCustomerCare today I recharged for 599₹ using Vi app and paid via gpay.. vi app says transaction success and amount deducted from my bank account. But I didn't get my recharge yet. I tried to complaint in customer service but no option to connect with executive.

@ViCustomerCare Guys I am getting amazing speeds of 15-20Mbps while downloading apps or watching videos. But the latency/ping & stability while gaming is very bad. Don't know what's the problem but can you give me a solution? I don't face this issue with any other operator.
