Dear @ViCustomerCare , your service has turned pathetic in my area. Most of the network is unavailable. Even if available it's in 3G. 4G speed is also slow when available. Few months back services were best among all operators but now it's worst.

@ViCustomerCare You are sending "we are now on whatsapp...." message several times in a day. When raising complain you are telling it is service message. If you want I can give date and time of receipt of this unwanted message.
