    @ViCustomerCare With the disappointed services with you I Do MNP with jio and as per rules i clear my bill first of Vodafone with the 7567742542 But still bill is remain and jio has stop my all service, according to my knowledge without clear the bill we can't do MNP so whats problem now ?

    @ViCustomerCare when I enquired to your customer care helpline 198 they were unable to solve my query and gave a very unprofessional response stating they don't know what is happening with my sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Why Volte disappears whenever I try to call any number?? Network automatically changes from 4g to 3g & after call is ended it reverses back to 4g. Sort it out asap otherwise I am leaving.
