    @namevinu @ViCustomerCare Thanks ya!! But it's not working buddy. It's been 2 months since I changed to prepaid from postpaid and it's still showing postpaid in app, unable to recharge there. Tried almost all 3rd party apps before posting my concern here.

    @ViCustomerCare Yeah Thanks, little disappointing that there is no plan to extend incoming validity, but it would be helpful if you can raise it as customer feedback and add some plans in future for incoming validity too
