    @ViCustomerCare Cheap network. I am using Redmi Note 9 which supported 4G since 2020 and your customer service says your device doesn't support 4G connection. Please do your service better. And solve my network issue. I am not able to use 4G internet.

    @ViCustomerCare hello, internet coverage in my area is very poor. Most of the times services get stopped. It says ‘No Service’ . This is pathetic. Despite the recharges I get no service only. Are u kidding me? Even I can’t send this tweet in first place!!! It is 2G. Noww…..
