@ViCustomerCare The cyclone came in Vasai- virar area on Monday, 17th May and left us on Tues,19th May. Although everything was normal by Wed, only VI network is missing; seems to have gone along with the cyclone & not returned yet. Please run a search operation & oblige.

@dramitvij @ViCustomerCare @WiFiatFNL no i dont agree , they even dont provide their services on phone regarding any issue. most of the places their network is very weak and also 60 to 70% days with having no network . i m fed off of this and just want to finish their services and port it to another service provider

The internet speed in my area(alipurduar,west bengal) is very slow. I'm unable to get network signal from 4months. I have compiled so many times from vi app,but they just call me to give me excuses. Very bad experience from vi..since 1year. it's time to port.👎 @ViCustomerCare
