Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

Manish Singh (@ManishS58335227) reported@Ayeshakhaan786 @ViCustomerCare You are getting fake 5g symbol it was actually running 4g but samsung phone sometimes shows 5g icon on 4g network because of this you are getting 5g symbol but your actual data is deducting no unlimited 5g. You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected
