    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Down again 5/10 kbps speed did restart phone twice airplane mode switched with 3g to 4g done everything that call centre suggests already fix asap its irritating

    My application for SIM replacement got rejected twice a day by you people. I don't have enough time to waste. When I called @ViCustomerCare again I am not getting any help. Let me made you clear do Activate my SIM card by tomorrow, and now I am not going to visit vi store.

    I have my VI double data offer plan of ₹699 for 84 days.. expiring in 6 days. But the issue I'm facing with my plan is that I'm getting only 1024 MB/day since last two days. Please look into it @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare thrice requested to re-send the OTP, finally, the page ended up showing an error to re-try transactions again. Why is Vodafone not taking the necessary steps to improve network quality, If this continues I will step out from your family soon
