    @ViCustomerCare lodged complaints more than 20+ times and every time Vodafone said your problem of signal has solved but the reality is still same- network issue, no clear calls I want to port my Vodafone sim into @Airtel_Presence. Kindly call me plz!

    @ViCustomerCare suddenly my sim is not working, need to restart iphone every time. So went to customer care store and they are asking for new sim charges and one recharge, where my sim plan still active. So how can you ask for the charges. #pathetic #service

    @ViCustomerCare Got the call from VI Social Media Team, Asked what exactly issue facing. Explained in detail but the person who called not ready to accept that there is problem or issue in VI and started arguing on it. Apart from that not ready to take complaint as well. This is what VI is

    @ViCustomerCare @rishi_creates Vodafone promised the exact time in HH:MM:SS, when resolution would be provided. But the resolution did not come. Neverthless, I visited another Vi store and decided to sort it out myself.
