@iamsandeeprana @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Even @reliancejio is no better, they complain of congestion but no care is taken to bring down the congestion, the services were real good year back but it sucks nowadays

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare had promised discount on 24th December 2021 but I didn't record the call and the executive didn't mention it in the system. So when asked to check the dated IVR they refused. So please look into this. They promise and they turn back on it. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare My SIM Card is Damaged i am not getting signal from past 2-3 days. So i went to Local Retailer for Exchanging the SIM (I am currently in other state means Roaming sim). The Retailer getting error when they enter my number for replacement. And VI store is 200 KM

@Airtel_Presence it takes 2 days to port out of Airtel and 15 days to solve internet issue. That’s your service quality. Airtel Number 9972143230. Service Request No. 31-3828812503899, dated 30/12/2021. Is it time to switch to @ViCustomerCare ?
