    @VodafoneIN My father Dolagobinda Singh(Age 60+) is using your service since 10 years. From past 24 hours while trying his number it says "you seem to have dialled a wrong number", no network as well #help 9090026373(no network) or Alt No 8801407048. Bhadrak(Odisha region)

    @ViCustomerCare Team, your network strength has plummeted overnight in my area and now I am neither able to call nor receive any incoming calls. I have been using VI since 2014 but this time it is the worst I have seen. Do work on resolving this asap or I will need to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the horrible customer care services of India. A Indian Sim is lost in UK and it takes ages for their customer care to understand the same.

    Error when I did a port out to @Airtel_Presence ..Half signal @ViCustomerCare was better ..WFH has become a disaster ,no one can near me on the other side ..Every one faces the same issue here..Porting back to @ViCustomerCare on my next week off

    @ViCustomerCare Our number of complaint about booster repair has gone on to defeats of Vi, only false promises after three months period, failed to serve, stop misleading customer care advertisements. Your network team has failed to provide solution. @narendramodi @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare again after 25 days of using VOLTE HD service, it stops working from last 3 days Kindly look into it and start HD service on my number and ensure that this issue does not repeat
