    @ViCustomerCare Your agent Vikrant is very rude on call with me. Such a pathetic service. 2nd your app is doesn't work because of that I've recharge of Rs.19 unnecessary need refund that amount. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Really saddened by the service provided by VI customer helpline number and VI Store gwalior. My VI Punjab number isn’t working from the time I have crossed the the state borders. I am currently in Gwalior and it’s been 3 weeks and even repeated visits to VI store
