    @ViCustomerCare My simple question is: ON WHAT PLANET IS THIS SERVICE RELATED? Some random company wants to recruit people, so they send out messages to people from a database (that they have probably purchased).

    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir is there any penalties on operators who charges hefty amount for Roaming services but doesnt able to provide service along with customer care. My wife is in trouble with Data & Call. VI team is asking to download to app & raise a complaint. Is it justified

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I do understand what service related messages are. My bank sends me service related messages. Govt. agencies such as RBI and NSDL send me service related messages. You guys me service related messages. These are all entities that I am connected with in some shape or form.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare UPC code is not being generated on Vi number, despite of visiting the store the problem has still not been solved. Customer service od Vi is pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare Again requesting VI if anything can be done on International Roaming. If not, pls say NO & I believe there will not be any charges for the same. @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw My wife is struggling without network and call enabled. though she subscribed to nearly Rs 5k pack of VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Team urgent help required. Got international roaming enabled on my wife's number for Saudi, but since she landed its not working. Tried connecting over chat bot it didnt helped. Can anyhow help at the earliest. She is not having any connectivity. @ViCustomerCare
