@ViCustomerCare @htTweets Again the same thing from Vodafone no call no team. Visit and problem remains open from last more then 65 days. Pathetic customer support of VI. Guys I will never recommend you to take vi sim because after sales service is pathetic and customer support are not helping.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team I have subscribe for caller tune but instead of playing direct tune it first plays VI offers to"Subscribe caller tune"Followed by song However other providers plays direct tune while callingI have paid for the service not for your caller tune advertisemnt

@ViCustomerCare Before going international, please look into National guys. Yours is the worst network in the whole country, customer service is even worse. They themselves say, sorry we can't do anything about it. So funny.
