    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I think you are not interested to resolve the query. I gave 3 contact numbers your employee doing WhatsApp call ,,, are your really telecom company which is not having balance to make calls. 1 week still no network you are counting your billing days greaattttt

    @ViCustomerCare, @vodafoneprobs there is no supv or manager in store to handle escalations No service from last 2 days as store rep entered wrong address due to which verification failed and vodafone without any sms or mail stopped services no help from store manager Preeti

    @ViCustomerCare I can't access data since morning, whenever I open any app, it automatically changes from 4G to 2G. I've raised complain and given time frame till 16th Nov. This is disgusting to say the least and I'll soon change my network to Airtel or Jio, I've never faced issues with them.

    @ViCustomerCare For the last three months, I am continuously complaining that there is a problem in setting the caller tune, every time you will get the same answer, call 198, then after listening to everything, they cut the call, this is your service.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I have been struggling to get an e-SIM on my postpaid number. No one is able help! I was told by ur CC that I will get a call for verification but it didn't cone! Vi rep saying i need to change my @Yahoo email address as it blocks the QR code. Pls help
