  Never use VI number guys. From the time I have buyed Vi number since then I have been charged for the services which I have never used. More than 20 times I have complained it to @ViCustomerCare but nothing has happened. They just refund the charge and again charge for it.

  @ViCustomerCare Worst speed useless service even Ookla need to answer why customers migrated from Vi to Airtel/ jio. It's my personal experience vi is very inefficient network

  @SouzaValencia @ViCustomerCare Now u will asked to visit store and there u will be forced to convert to postpaid. They wont issue replacement prepaid sim.
