@ViCustomerCare My Vodafone Idea number is not showing tower signal for a day. I tried customer service regarding this issue, even after a whole day the issue is not solved. Bad customer support. The data for two days got wasted, Paying 650 rs for 3 gb /day. compensate it!

@ViCustomerCare Mistakenly recharged into dad's account instead of mother as their phone digits are same except the last digit. Customer agent doesn't know how to talk. She disconnected the call in between. I would let it pass if it was small reacharge but its a year package.

@adushing1 @ViCustomerCare What do you mean by server gets down? Can you be more specific? e.g. App is not loading data properly on fast internet, internet speed is not proper despite full signal, etc
