    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare They will take note of it. I called them to inform of the same. They made me recite the message, grammatical errors et al. But they have a section on their IVR for this.

    @TRAI Can you explain us on the below message from @ViCustomerCare Aftr recharging every month ? Dear Customer! In case of no usage. No Call,Data,VAS or Outgoing SMS & No active service validity pack fr 90 days, ur Vi no. will be deactivated. To retain,keep min main bal Rs20/mon.

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is still not resolved. The number 18001201111 does not work and the number 59059 doesn’t connect from new SIM mentioning ‘Number is invalid’. How should I get my SIM televerified?

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked me to go to shop with a proof of address and proof of identity and get a new sim. Wasted my 1 week for nothing. I will stay with @airtelindia . Airtel please cancel my port request. Thanks.
