  @ViCustomerCare 5 calls since morning. For not losing customer who has at least one of your card since you started business in India, you should have provided good service and improve it asap. I am feeling almost cheated since long.

  @ViCustomerCare This is not my primary sim, but supposed to be my emergency sim,to help me in cases where primary is not available. I don't keep a huge balance here, and when you deduct any amount without consent, you are essentially putting me at risk.

  @ViCustomerCare internet speed is very low from yesterday. Your customer care said in 2 hours it will be ok. But after 20 hours, it doesn't work. Customer care number is not working.

  @ViCustomerCare I did a 999 Recharge on my prepaid number for 365 days validity with 50gb internet service. Not able to call nor the internet is getting connected.

  @ViCustomerCare The most annoying and the worst service provider in India. Which just changes your plan as per their conveyances. No wonder why is everyone porting to Airtel or Jio

  @ViCustomerCare how can you resolve complaint no C004-133529417370 without resolving it. No action taken by your field technician to check my issues. Pathetic network as well as the service toward customer extremely disappointed. Porting is last option.
