    @ViCustomerCare Hi how can be I m getting edge network forget about data not even able to receive calls. Complaining from past 3months no results almost 15 complaint. This is getting disgusting day by day

    @ViCustomerCare Vi cheated with me again & again vi gives me offer callertune on 199 recharge but in actual I have not found benefits it's cheating 4th time why vi liar what is issue of @ViCustomerCare give me full benifit if you cant give then tell me reason ?

    @ViCustomerCare Bad services by your customer support, a female representative pick my call & later forget to respond me And then respond me that I will put your call on hold..and then phone disconnect..What is this behaviour..that's why people migrating to other vendor

    @ViCustomerCare Just for address change you need 3 days and even after that its still not updated, even Vi management is also started lying.. for everything they only know one thing wait 24 hrs ..48 hrs .. Worst customer support, worst process, worst IT Systems.Hate Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Ashmita,so far there has been no resolution or info or call frm ur side.This time not going to pay bill,Don't blame me later. Extremely Shameful that u people cannot keep ur own commitments. & taking so much time which otherwise should have been a phone call away within ur team
