    Never trust @ViCustomerCare They promise one thing in app, give another, and then refuse to fix it. Lost ₹199 because of their app error. Please don't take @VodafoneIdea_IN connection. You'll regret it. #ViScam @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare You guys don’t even think what the other person is suffering from. My dad is stuck with no network in Scotland and you guys have no answer. It has been more than 2 days that there is no network in his cellphone. Utter rubbish service!!!

    @ViCustomerCare According to your press release, Vodafone 5G services were scheduled to be launched in Kharagpur, West Bengal, by the end of June. Today is July 3rd, and the service has still not been activated in this area. Could you please clarify why there has been a delay in the rollout?

    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in
