    Seriously your company are not taking care for services i am facing low internet speed since 2 months i raised complaint twice but no improvement if you can not improve then tell me so I'll think about change my sim in another co. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I dnt think so, as your team keeps on repeating same statement, from past 5years" sorry for inconvenience, network team is looking into it, work is in progress at nearby site", only god knows where is this site located where people are working since 5years on network tower.

    - after trying to complain to @ViCustomerCare for months and nothing changing, I decided to port to @reliancejio. - the minute I put in a porting request, I was bombarded with calls from Vodafone Idea claiming they are going to fix my problem in the next 10 days. 2/3

    Even my turtle runs faster than your network @Vodacom last time too I called on 198 & tweetd by tagging @ViCustomerCare got no solution just a message that your problem is solved still same network issue even visited nearby care center they exchanged the sim too still same issue
