    It's my mom's connection. As network is really poor here, we decided to port. I haven't checked any other messages in her phone so i didn't knew that cancel message to 1900 is to cancel the port request. Shame on @ViCustomerCare being fraudulent. I request @TRAI to investigate.

    @ViCustomerCare I changed my plan from Postpaid to Prepaid but vi store telling to contact the Customer care and your customer care is asking to Visit vi store. @reliancejio @airtel Please suggest me the best plan for both prepaid and postpaid. Thankyou.

    @ViCustomerCare I used your Postpaid service with the individual Plan of 699/Month But Your Postpaid Service is Very Bad and Your Postpaid Support Too. I changed my plan from Postpaid to Prepaid but your support team is just making us fool. Suggest better Operator for me. Please.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey there, I am a user from Madhupur, Deoghar , Jharkhand . It is the worst idea to use Vi network instead of Other operators. Very poor 3g network It's my humble request please improve your Connectivety..
