It is because of Vodafone's callousness towards handling customer pain-points that I had decided about 2 years before to port my numbers from Vodafone. And, even after getting ported, Vodafone's customer harrasment stories continued.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Dimpy, Since morning, I am facing very very slow speed of internet. Please tell me how much money Vodafone wants , how much time you want? If 20 years to resolve... Then, my son will talk to you guys. He will be able to talk till then. Every single day I am facing this.

    @ViCustomerCare i have a VOLTE mobile phone and have turned on all the services for VOLTE but still i cannot use VOLTE it only shows LTE signal tried calling many times to customer care but still my problem is not solved went to VI office and they say that i need to get new card.

    @ViCustomerCare I gave a request to change my postpaid number 9087875159 to prepaid 40days ago. But my connection is still in postpaid and received bill. I have no way of contacting customer care as I destroyed my old idea sim card for new VI simcard. Worst service ever
