I am having problem in making calls from my Vodafone-idea sim since morning. And also my server is unreachable when someone calls me. No internet.... Is there any problem with VI network.. If yes then when will it be resolved? @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare It's been two weeks since am traveling on the US. The roaming just does not work. I had to get another local SIM pre paid. I cannot pay the plan charges. Am ready to get blocked by Vodafone and go to Airtel. Very frustrating service.

My sim is not working suddenly from Saturday 27/Aug/2022 I visited a local #Vi store, they told to take new sim and it will activate in 4 hrs but it is 52hrs and @ViCustomerCare is not providing proper info, I have all #Proof @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS
