I am having problem in making calls from my Vodafone-idea sim since morning. And also my server is unreachable when someone calls me. No internet.... Is there any problem with VI network.. If yes then when will it be resolved? @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

It is because of Vodafone's callousness towards handling customer pain-points that I had decided about 2 years before to port my numbers from Vodafone. And, even after getting ported, Vodafone's customer harrasment stories continued.

@ViCustomerCare i have a VOLTE mobile phone and have turned on all the services for VOLTE but still i cannot use VOLTE it only shows LTE signal tried calling many times to customer care but still my problem is not solved went to VI office and they say that i need to get new card.

@ViCustomerCare I gave a request to change my postpaid number 9087875159 to prepaid 40days ago. But my connection is still in postpaid and received bill. I have no way of contacting customer care as I destroyed my old idea sim card for new VI simcard. Worst service ever
