I am having problem in making calls from my Vodafone-idea sim since morning. And also my server is unreachable when someone calls me. No internet.... Is there any problem with VI network.. If yes then when will it be resolved? @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare Recharge on 18-10-22 to 7034519137 Rs.1499/= by Google Pay. Payment debited, Recharge not successful. Complained via Vi Apps again by email giving complete details ref id, talk to C. Care, promise to solve, 1-1/2 months over, matter still pending. What a service?

@ViCustomerCare why don’t you inform your customers if you do have proper service in and city when someone is buying your SIM. Very bad of you. I don’t disregard your bad service so much but your claim that you are competitive.

@ViCustomerCare Hello Vodafone, I lost my all patience. My postpaid no. got disconnected since 30 nov. Hence i raise complain (Reference number C003-121802599565)but there was no resolution till date. @JioCare @reliancejio please guide me to port. DM me for details.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Bhagyashree This is not yet sorted now that people have started ignoring calls which is more ridiculous I want your seniors to look into this if it is not in your control because I have wasted 5 months just to change the ownership of a number. very bad customer experience 😡
