I am having problem in making calls from my Vodafone-idea sim since morning. And also my server is unreachable when someone calls me. No internet.... Is there any problem with VI network.. If yes then when will it be resolved? @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

I have another Vi number which was charged by Rs15 for a service that I even don't know. maximum time the number is switch off but yesterday when I switched on the mobile I saw such massage from @ViCustomerCare they charged me for no cause. STOP 🛑 doing scam. Be a genuine com.

@ViCustomerCare I ported to VI about 1 months ago and TBH I regret it! They cut the network for a long time when you can't even call someone by that number because it has no service! Now tell me what if I'm in a emergency and vi don't have service during emergency @TRAI
