I am having problem in making calls from my Vodafone-idea sim since morning. And also my server is unreachable when someone calls me. No internet.... Is there any problem with VI network.. If yes then when will it be resolved? @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare You have dumbest customer care seems like. I raised complaint yesterday for network black our in our area. The network restored in an hour. A day after I got call from your customer care and that guy was saying you will get the resolution in 4 days.

@ViCustomerCare Reveal the truth , you sold 3G in the name of 4G . your own app is not opening with your useless 4G data speed . Horrible experience and you prefer not to resolve . I will get @airtelindia or @reliancejio cheaper with better speed .

@ViCustomerCare I opted for port out due to poor services by Vi. I got an email from Vi that the pending amount in my mobile account will be refunded to me . Its been a month. The customer care is not responding at all.

I have been a customer of Vodafone Postpaid since 2012. And never faced such a issue. Is it compulsory for you to threaten people ?? If they want to close a number . Still using 2 connection of @ViCustomerCare . This was serious. I ll be escalating this issue to zonal heads
