    @ViCustomerCare in my area I can't even cat a single point of 4G network it's too low please keep a tower near my area to improve your network , our area school kids not able to attend online classes because of your network please take fast action

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar total disrespect for customer. How can you ask me to visit store, I never gave any request for this. & never visited store. How did earlier executive 2 days ago able to solve same issue within 5 minutes. It’s you guys who have botched this up. Step up and resolve it

    @ViCustomerCare @NiketSharmaa But other networks are allowing it to be turn off by pressing 1 or # ! Vodafone has gone downhill after changing to Idea ! Idea first destroyed Hutch and now Vodafone ! Worst tele-com brand !
