  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.   @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial network site of Vi situated at AT- KHAJURIAKATA, PO- BALIMI,BLOCK-HINDOL,DIST-DHENKANAL, ODISHA, PIN-759020 is down since 2 days. Kindly get it recovered soon. Or else we have to port out from VI. Both 4g and 2g is down here. Mob- 7992848608

  @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .
