  @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.

  @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,
