@ViCustomerCare i have applied for port in and using Vi sim and network is also there but asking for First Recharge. But i have already paid 300 to person who gave me the sim. I tried calling him. He is not picking the call.

Recently ported from @reliancejio to VI, Vi are providing the poorest service. I've Ported to Vi made a huge mistake I just can't even send a text properly. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare You customer care representatives call me and repeat the same practiced message, why cant they go through the issue in detail. There was no goodwill waiver, it was an incorrectly charged bill which i got rectified. Stop harassing me because i ported out of your **** network!

@ViCustomerCare I should not have relied on Vi for international roaming. This is so so bad. No network and 10k bill for nothing. The first thing I will do when I come back to India is to move to Airtel

@ViCustomerCare I had received a bill in September month for my postpaid VI number which was showing 1800+ amount since it had Amazon prime billed in it. I had a talk with customer care executive before paying the bill....
