    @ViCustomerCare I want to migrate from vi prepaid to vi postpaid so that i can avail benifits from my balance in main account. But your vi customer care centres are not helping me on this...sirsa vi store is not helping me on this. I just want want to transfer my balance to postpaid account.

    @ViCustomerCare This is affecting daily communication badly. The issue was resolved earlier after I raised a complaint, but now the same problem has started again.

    “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I ordered a prepaid SIM on 3rd May (Order ID: DCHD03052607885 ). It's been 4 days and still no delivery. Customer care is only giving vague 'call back' promises every day. Very poor service! Please resolve this immediately. #Vi #CustomerService

    @inidhikhare @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana.

    I visited the @ViCustomerCare today. They took my complaint and asked me to wait 2 hours. After waiting, they told me to come back after the 11th. Now they’re asking me to pay ₹650 (including late fees) + ₹550 just for incoming calls for 15 days (no outgoing), and then,

    @ViCustomerCare I have Visited your Park Street office Thrice and Not Able To Shift My Post Paid To Pre Paid. The Person In The Counter always Say I need to Come Tomorrow. What is This. Why Cant u Change a Post Paid To Pre Paid in Single Visit ? Why dnt u hav Digital Solution ?
