    I've used 2G/3G/4G of all companies at different point of times. From Airtel,Vodafone, Reliance, Idea to even Docomo, Telenor and MTS. But this @ViCustomerCare in its current version is the absolute worst service I've experienced. Absolutely worst.

    @ViCustomerCare The language used by your customer care people “madam all you do is complain”. This is after Vi not giving me my money’s worth of network coverage and absolute no internet. My business has suffered for months due to your network. That’s the language being used by your reps.

    Namaskar Sir, I have been faced slow internet problem from 7 to 8 day at a particular time of duration. Speed of internet drastically fall into 10kb/s and stay for long time. Please address this problem. I thought problem is temporary but it becomes regular. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare when did you live volte features for Bihar & Jharkhand circle we facing call connecting issue & data over call . without any prior time how many days we endured it.if you can't do that we have option to port out to volte provided service operator instead of vi
