@ViCustomerCare And sometimes browsing on google is also not possible due to poor internet speed. Initially i was a Jio user but now ported to vi and now regretting for it. Very poor internet speed provided by VI. Itni speed to jio me data pack khatam hone ke baad bhi aati h.

@ViCustomerCare Im trying to get my number ported to @airtelindia The problem it says outstanding amount. I cleared all dues and then only got the porting number. Now it says still the amount is pending (INR 68.29). I have paid that amount also. Please help🙏 @Airtel_Presence

Hi, @ViCustomerCare. I've been a customer for 15+ years. I'll continue to be if you stop bothering me and my family members over an unnecessarily lengthy payment issue. Either fix the problem at your end or waive the outstanding amount. BUT PLEASE STOP CALLING US REGARDING THIS.

@ViCustomerCare I am from Sikar city in rajasthan which has now become 2nd largest education hub after kota in rajasthan and it's very crowded too but still vi network coverage and service is too poor that i can't even download a picture from whatsapp (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare You really need to fix the issues in your billing and payment system and stop harassing customers for faults with your payment system. Despite months of explaining that we have made the payment, I received yet another threatening call from your employee today!!
