    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported to Vi from jio , and the seller promised 365rs FRC but after activation calling someone says your sim is not activated and recharge to activate , incoming call work but incoming SMS and outgoing SMS doesn't work..
