    @ViCustomerCare What is the use of giving 4GB/day if we are getting the worst network in the world. I’m present in the prime location of Pune & I’m not even able to open a webpage. Either the issue has to be resolved in 24 hrs or I’ll port my all 5 numbers of family into diff N/w

    My parents have had an absolute terrible experience with Vodafone (@ViCustomerCare ) The service had been raking up unnecessary charges in the thousands while my parents had been abroad, without them even using it. With that in mind, they applied to port their numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Day 6 and counting still...Network is not restored yet. Time to port the number to @airtelindia. Phone officer just said that they need 90 days to close this issue and he insisted that we keep paying the bills still. @airtelindia Do you ever treat your customers like this ?

    @ViCustomerCare is pathetic and irritating , I hv applied for MNP from #vodafoneidea to @reliancejio, getting tortured by @ViCustomerCare and they r so rude and misleading
