    @ViCustomerCare Their closing time is 8pm as per web. Entered through the half shutter to resolve my query but very rudely told that store is closed if you could have seen the shutter is down. You already lost us mate!

    @ViCustomerCare the tarrifs are increasing and the service is degrading. I do not have network for the past 3-4 days in my hometown. Is the the service we are heading to ? Should we switch to a different network ? Pathetic service
