    Hey @ViCustomerCare we are unable to call any tollfree no. starting 1800180. The call simply won't go through. Other toll free no like 180020xx etc are fine. Same problem was faced in 2020 which was resolved after many complaints. Hope this time you solve it soon. Pls help.

    @VodafoneGroup @vodafoneIN if the Vodafone agents over what's app and over customer care dont have privileges to escalate the matter then what is the use of them .they just say please email to the concerned team and they will respond.What is the use of what's app chat and calling customer care

    @ViCustomerCare I was complaint 4times about network but since after a month there is no solution by vi. There is no tower in this area.. so do fast service and install tower in this area only jio is available in this area

    Vi mumbai is the worst network. The internet suddenly drops when you start using it constantly changes from 2g to lte to 5g. This problem is with other devices too. Tried many settings but the problem still remains. @ViCustomerCare Looks like I need a change. #vodafoneidea #Scam
