    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service the internet stuck and the voice call was mind blowing count less problem voice crack, didn't connect the call or eco #vifraud #SlowDown @TRAI i am not living at village i live in city but service was only for ruralarea @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare My father has VI sim, always getting msg to convert to 4G. Which I requested on 14th Jun as per executive it has been upgraded, but till my number is not working. I can't call and not getting call.. use less service no response since 48 hours.

    @ViCustomerCare your network is getting bad to worse ,even your Assistant app is not opening in so called fastest 4G n/w !! Poor service Customer care & complaints centre just telling to clear Cache &Cookies! NET speed sucks badly whats the need of double data😤

    @ViCustomerCare : No resolution in call drop issues. Your customer care seems unable to comprehend my issue. My issue is call drop and your employee is asking me to clear my internet cache and browser history. How is that going to help? Left with no option but to port.
