    Galactic Mystery 👇 @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Network is better when 2G than 4G. And 4G Prepaid is better than 4G Post Paid. My request to all; leave this network as soon as possible. They're simply looting people in the name of selling 4G or whatever.

    @ViCustomerCare This answer is again irritating me. Even I am using another VI sim in bihar (same location) and it support VOLTE and I enjoyed fully VOLTE features in that sim. But you are saying Bihar don't have VOLTE support in VI .I am fully disagree and very disappointed with VI service.

    @ViCustomerCare I could take their call, they disconnect it and then send me mail that they could not connect me and that my grievance has been resolved. I will send you a copy of the complaint also which I have made earlier but no action has been taken on it except unnecessarily harassing me.

    @ViCustomerCare Non of from Vodafone called me, even I called to customer care that lady put my phone on hold for 30 mins , I have got bank penalties due to this issue because couldn’t make their payment on time. Can you share escalations metrics

    @ViCustomerCare Ghatiya kism ki customer service hai do baar call kiya but dono baar koi solution nahi mila,na sahi signal strength hai aur na internet speed even sim exchange k liye apply bhi kiya but as expected from you dono baar cancelled to be honest @airtelindia is better.
