    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare How shameless are you guys? You keep repeating the same thing again and again. As a paying customer is this not a loss for me? I am paying for 4g but you are providing 2g and I barely get 1 signal

    Vodafone is consistent with one thing which is no network! Be it Mumbai or Kolkata, there is hardly any network and also at the most urgent times. No matter how many times you have a chat with the customer care, there is barely any respite or solutions provided. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I promise if my network complaint will not get resolved I will again port out in JIO because with jio I was able to download even WhatsApp images can do Live streaming. My location is Near new Lucknow hospital 538/174 Alok Nagar , triveni nagar 2,Lucknow, 226020
