    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after requesting you guys to activate my number first, there was no response. Becoz of your mistake,I was blocked for 3 days. I visited the same senseless VI Store and fixed the problem. Remember this was my 4th VISIT. RIP VI - Porting to Airtel! Pathetic @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i am a corporate postpaid user and just now when I landed in Jammu , there is no signal in my phone having VI network,which is working in Mumbai, really pathetic service. Now can you tell me being postpaid user how i will talk to my family.worst experience.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for resolving issue. Please block these special numbers of 5 digits, charging exorbitant amount. It's tough for customers to bear the charges. For Win win position u must act like this time, for such complains. Please do take care. Thanks once again for resolution..

    @ViCustomerCare There's nothing you can do. You people shall only continue to take notes of the concern but network won't improve. The worst ever network that anybody has seen.

    @DoT_India @TRAI After my porting out request from @ViCustomerCare receiving many calls and messages from Vi to cancel req. Few calls from Unknown Numbers also and No Caller ID masking. Is it legal to make calls to customers from Unknown Numbers
