    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare What services are you providing to your customers. Trying to login my WhatsApp but not receiving any OTP since a day now. No Call No OTP is being sent. Barred Incoming and Outgoing services despite having enough Balance.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Despite of ph. no. is in DND we are receiving too many promo calls from the cos. we are not engaged. And when we wanted to complaint to VI thru app they are asking to write an essay type & so many things. Looks like they are discouraging us from complain.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's network does not work in my house District Gopalganj Village Dhatingna Pin Code 841440 If it is not fixed soon then the network will have to be changed.
