@VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

My parents have had an absolute terrible experience with Vodafone (@ViCustomerCare ) The service had been raking up unnecessary charges in the thousands while my parents had been abroad, without them even using it. With that in mind, they applied to port their numbers.

@ViCustomerCare Day 6 and counting still...Network is not restored yet. Time to port the number to @airtelindia. Phone officer just said that they need 90 days to close this issue and he insisted that we keep paying the bills still. @airtelindia Do you ever treat your customers like this ?
