    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia - On account of poor service from Vi, my mother had ported out of the network in March - Usually porting happens post clearance of all dues but here apparently there was still a pending amount

    @slice_cares @ViCustomerCare can you check why my number is not reachable mostly? Most often, I hear that my number was not reachable, and they need my alternate number. I am on 4g in roaming. Is this the case? Should I port out? I need the tech analysis done on connectivity issues.

    You promise vodafone india has biggest network but from this morning my mobile has network problem. I tried many times to solve the network problem but it didn't work. I repeatedly talked to customer care through vi app but no solution. @vodafonein1 @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
