    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected. Now I have again received a message saying my complaint has been closed
