Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

@ViCustomerCare Nearly more than five years I was using it's network was very poor, I was complaining and every time I got the same message like this, but nothing was said, your employees accepted that network will not work in home, I have to go outside.
