Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

@VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

@ViCustomerCare Very worst network, Initially, they charged for caller tunes. But I didn't subscribe it, I called customer care , they refunded the amount. But within 2 to 3 days they again charged for health videos(That too without subscribe), But this time didn't get refund.
