    @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare When an existing customer renews the same recharge plan, why don't you specifically mention which benefits have been excluded compared to the previous plan? By not disclosing this, you are essentially misrepresenting the benefits.

    @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time.

    Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - I’ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Internet not working called 198 get to know it will be available in 2 hour more than 5/6hours passed still unable to use internet. Uttarpradesh west District pilibhit Town puranpur 262122 Yesterday spends 950 now **** service recieving again
