Hey @ViCustomerCare I've recharged my number today morning with plan of ₹128 but my balance is ₹0.02 now. Why you guys always activate value added services without permission. Please look into this matter ASAP else I'll have to file complaint. This is happening 3rd time now.

@ViCustomerCare it's almost 1 year done with following for refund cheque but still not received my refund cheque. More than 1 year gone after portability. It's means once customer has changed network than their is no responsibility for theri previous customer.

@ViCustomerCare Just now received a call from @ViCustomerCare and they still don't have a solution to this issue. I am surprised that such a big brand even after 7 years still needs more time to resolve this issue. Was not aware that this company is technically so weak and struggling big time.
