    @ViCustomerCare Being an old user of vodaphone i am totally unsatisfied how now a days your team is not concerned about our problems , i am facing a serious network issue in my area for last few weeks . Also not getting a proper response from the customer care .

    @ViCustomerCare Now again you activated another service without any approval. Vi is really asking it's users to port to another network. I know you are cash crunched and on verge, but doesn't mean you can go on stealing from your old clients.

    @ViCustomerCare bill of this no. 9422502225 has already been paid on 6th of march. But outgoing service is being stopped. So kindly look into this and resume the service as earliest as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare FRAUD by VI- I initiated online recharge for Rs 399 and amount debited but recharge was failed. Multiple chat, call, email done for refund, it's almost 60 days but no solution provided yet. I feel harassed by VI & request people dont choose this pathetic network

    @ViCustomerCare How I know, how many vi sim are registered with my aadhar card. A vi sim seller is cheats me on 10 March 2021, he is issued 2 sim through my aadhar card and says to me, one is not active, after I am trying to get the details Please help me about this concern

    @ViCustomerCare The data connection is very instable. It frequently disconnects. Then again I have to switch back aeroplane mode and connection comes back and after few minutes same process I have to repeat. Please resolve issue soon. Area is Palghar West Pincode 401404.
