    @VodafoneIN Already done this things, but 4G mobile internet service not available as well as mobile network also abruptly drop and no stable signal as a result unable to call any number. Please take necessary action.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I am facing some 4G network issues like some times 5he network converts to 2G in my area many time. Vill+ Po. - Shyamsundar, District - East/Purba Bardhaman, State - Weet Bengal. India. Please solve the network issue as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN Very worst internet service from Vodafone, only able to use 295MB data out of my 4GB daily data limit, therefore everyone beware from Vodafone, should avoid Vodafone. Vodafone is most disgusting network ever I seen in my life. People should mind it.

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.
