    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare Your service regarding the customer care is very poor. I am a user of vi and facing issue regarding sim problem since last 3-4 days I tried to call u many times but not connected to the given no. Pls take costomer seriously.

    Plus approx 69 GB of 70GB is remaining unused (as shown on VI app only), and on VI app no amount is outstanding and the current spend is also nil! Then what Is this Rs 4283 usage? And why doesn’t the customer receive alerts for this before hand? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Is cheating me again by asking for a recharge of INR 500. New way of fraud . Where as they have not provided any service . Even if i have recharged INR 3K in last 6 months . Daily deduction by any way .
