@ViCustomerCare it is much better than before i have 6 sim of airtel all have to port in VI sometimes network issue comes but best is at least much better than airtel @Airtel_Presence

My internet services have still not begun. @ViCustomerCare just does not care. How can it take 4 days to rectify a problem after being told that my complaint is on priority. I’m disgusted… waited patiently till 13th but still not done. Very disappointed with the no care attitude

@ViCustomerCare Do you bother to reply?? Ported our bcoz of your bad service Now your customer support is much worst than your call/data service! Relative’s one number deactivated despite clearance of outstanding bill! No reply on email/call! That’s why we need Consumer Court!!

@ViCustomerCare shame on your service and your business plan(new recharge plan). U will never be proved your existence by avoiding common people or your 'Aam' customer. Earlier U had loot the customer with various VAS and now u create trouble with incomplete service. Shame again.

@ViCustomerCare its been more than 30 days since I am following up against reference number <UPE-V00570599227> which has not resolved since 11th Aug 2021, my internet is getting down in every 15 to 20 minutes and it's not usable at all to me. Please escalate it to your top level
