Vi denied service for 14 days. Deficiency in service, fraud. Liar of the first order, Vi is.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup This is my vodafone number 93203895** (last 2 digits hidden) I decided to port my number from VI to some other provider because of VI’s poor service. I got 47 calls in 3 days from VI’s customer care. 27 calls alone today.

    @ViCustomerCare Jabalpur is a smart city, but your service is a backward village, so now in the such customer, the customer will not go to any other operator and what will do? There is also a limit of the substitute. But he is still crossing

    @ViCustomerCare I have just ported my number in Vi 3 days back. The services that Vi provides are very poor. Vi is not showing VOLTE on my smartphone for the last 4 hours. Initially, after porting it had shown VOLTE, but for now, it does not show VOLTE, Very disappointed with Vi.
