    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare We want you presence in this location Basava Colony, Belagavi, Karnataka, 590010 is the pin code. You don't have good coverage in this location. Come to this place. Willing to port to your network from @airtelindia as they are charging too much now days.

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
