    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I reside in Purwa Tarauha village, District Chitrakoot (PIN 210205). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.
