    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    hello @ViCustomerCare..i visited to your store in Fatehpur, UP for blocking the number..handed over all the required documents to your representative but they are not able to block it as i can't memorise last recharge amount...i want to keep the same no whit me. can you pls help.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst internet speed. You are saying that You have India's fastest internet speed, who gave you certificate. I raised my complaint 3 times but every time I receives message that your query has been resolved now, but it is only on your system. Great VI.

    @ViCustomerCare It is very difficult to reach your support team... i have done recharge for ₹599/ and my Internet is not working at all...fix the problem ASAP or refund my amount back
