    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, i live in khargapur tehsil in Tikamgarh district. Here my #vi network is absolutely awful.I am not able to utilize my data So provide good network for data uses Otherwise i must say that "#VI has the worsted network on the planet.

    @ViCustomerCare My mother has an old 3G SIM and wishes to upgrade to a 4G SIM. She can't visit the VI gallery due to old age health problems. Please let me know how she can get a 4G SIM in place of her 3G SIM without visiting the VI gallery. Thanks.
