I just got the message that we worked on your issue but unable to solve it. This is your response for past 1 year including 2g is utter worst in our village and surrounding towns. Better opt out of telecom industries your not fit to be network who can't resolve. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I had complaint to regarding slow data speed on 20th sep. 2021 and resolution time was 23rd sep. 2021. Today is 25th sep. 2021 and still they didn't solve it. I want to know why you make false promise to customer. I totally disappointed from this network. 😡😡😡liars

I dont know how many times i switch on and off the airplane mode to get the internet speed in my vi network very pathetic network and internet speed. @ViCustomerCare If you guyz doesnt improve your network speed then i will surely port into @reliancejio or @airtelindia asap
