    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare you guys cheating customers in the name of daily plans for internet. Had recharged yesterday & today but with no internet services. Tried calling your customer care but of no use. Strict action should be taken against them @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I recharged with a ₹145 data pack, but you blocked it and hid it from my app dashboard because my validity expired. I have officially filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 9522931). Unlock my data or refund my money immediately!

    My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!
