    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care is not taking any actions towards complains. I’m not being given any information regarding missing benefits under my plan. Their Twitter handle, customer care & emails don’t follow up or don’t have a clue. Horrible customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Already done. How many times do I need to do that? I think even you're using VI network and hence unable to catch the network and hence cannot access the internet.

    @ViCustomerCare 9414988080 network issue. Very tuff for call making n recieving. After complaining just recieve msg frm ur side that it’s resolved !! In whole city i m facing problem. Its related to compability with IPhone, at same place n tym all android fon working fine. 1/2
