    @ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI

    @ViCustomerCare dear team, I have got a shocker from Ur team tday. I went to Pimpri Vodafone store today as since yday my network was down. No call or net, they told me my number was ported out in 2017 and don't have record, been using same no. Since last 10 years. Plz help.

    @MyVodaindia @ViCustomerCare worst service pathetic CS, no internet on my mobile since morning. My plan is expiring on 12 August. App showing no data balance. Uff. I was so stupid to switch to vi from jio. They r much better than than VI. Will switch again once my plan expire.

    @ViCustomerCare 19 days since I raised an issue, All I get is a reply mentioning that it's escalated and nothing else. Strange that the company has survived with this poor level of customer service system.
