@ViCustomerCare 4g is not working properly here since 10 days especially inddor don't know what is going on. Earlier 4g was working good here in indoor. Though my network bar is full in 4g still internet is down... 3g is working properly. Tomorrow iam porting out.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Still charged for incoming vi customer care calls.. @ViCustomerCare why are you reluctant to raise complaints , y you din stop inflating the bill (check calls post 25 July) u owe us money for the torture .every month.. we not paying 273, u owe us money for incoming this month too

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Vi promised for full refund of 25 may bill considering their poor service n associated cost to customer considering the long relationship. It was all fake they did a partial refund, Cheated and took the money from my 2000 payment..since then following up, zero TRUST i have.

@DoT_India Sir, Same story continues again.. @ViCustomerCare calls and charges, I have to bang my head again. No 1 ready to raise complaint rather saying to pay 273 to avoid panatly of 100, y this blackmail? I am not paying it because they have been charging for vi care calls and din stop

@ViCustomerCare Your Network speed is pathetic. I know, But, Why are you people not providing atleast free caller tune service to your customers? It doesn't make sense of charging again a certain amount when we already have unlimited pack.
