    @idea_cares Whether I shall get 4G signal in my house due to launch of VI from Vodafone? At present we get poor signal instead of repetative mail to you. But so much money is being spent on VI's advertisement. Ypu should value the customer's feedback.@VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my sim At 11 th August with 99 and 719 rupees 2 times but 13th August my sim is showing no service and Calling to my number saying My number is invalid , Message popup at notification that SIM IS NOT PROVINISED ,

    I contacted castomer care they saying my is Cancelled or blocked.. I never requested for this cancel my sim . In VI app showing EXCEPTION FROM VODAFONE SOR . My sim is very valuable for me I have all contacts and Banking details in that sim please help. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare are you'll hatching eggs? I visited Vi gallery to buy prepaid SIM and they say they don't sell it, and I have to buy postpaid. Terrible range, we have 4 Vi prepaid connection, none of them get 2G range. Time to switch to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Full DND service is active for many yrs now still I continue to get marketing calls due to Vodafone Selling customers' data. Yesterday when I reported Marketing call to DND service in morning.. They bombarded 18 SMSs at 1:47 AM in middle of night. 9986360014.

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to be rude, but I didn't tag you guys because I didn't want to tell you guys anything. I'm tired of Vi now. Complaint 100s of times but not solved. I have to bear 42 more days after that I'm porting out of Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare What is VI customer care's function?? Looks to me they are to scare off loyal VI customer to other SP's. Retention ND support is definitely not in your SLA guidelines.
