    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my sim At 11 th August with 99 and 719 rupees 2 times but 13th August my sim is showing no service and Calling to my number saying My number is invalid , Message popup at notification that SIM IS NOT PROVINISED ,

    @idea_cares Whether I shall get 4G signal in my house due to launch of VI from Vodafone? At present we get poor signal instead of repetative mail to you. But so much money is being spent on VI's advertisement. Ypu should value the customer's feedback.@VodafoneIN

    I contacted castomer care they saying my is Cancelled or blocked.. I never requested for this cancel my sim . In VI app showing EXCEPTION FROM VODAFONE SOR . My sim is very valuable for me I have all contacts and Banking details in that sim please help. @ViCustomerCare

    If I lost my sim and 800 ruppe recharge is lost without my information. I never Use your sim .. I will port all my and my family and friends sim from VI. Plz help @ViCustomerCare

    Hi @ViCustomerCare. Your phone support says I am allowed to convert my postpaid number to prepaid only after 90 days of service, despite this notice from the Telecom Ministry stating it can happen after 30 days. @DoT_India please take cognisance of this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare It has been over 2hrs since you promised a quick resolution. Still no call or message, while my incorrect bill remains active @ViCustomerCare deactivate the plan and reverse the charges now. I need to pay my bill. It's last due date is tmm. Got delayed bcz of you.

    Very disappointed @ViCustomerCare. I activated IR recharge after traveling to Mexico but still getting “No Service”. Your team asked for eSIM documents, I already submitted everything but still no eSIM or resolution. Please resolve urgently. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Idiotic and useless support.I am not questioning if the charges are correct.I want to know why I am being charged for exactly 10 KB of data every single day.Explain how it is technically possible for my device to consume the exact same 10 KB daily.
