    @idea_cares Whether I shall get 4G signal in my house due to launch of VI from Vodafone? At present we get poor signal instead of repetative mail to you. But so much money is being spent on VI's advertisement. Ypu should value the customer's feedback.@VodafoneIN

    I contacted castomer care they saying my is Cancelled or blocked.. I never requested for this cancel my sim . In VI app showing EXCEPTION FROM VODAFONE SOR . My sim is very valuable for me I have all contacts and Banking details in that sim please help. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my sim At 11 th August with 99 and 719 rupees 2 times but 13th August my sim is showing no service and Calling to my number saying My number is invalid , Message popup at notification that SIM IS NOT PROVINISED ,

    @ViCustomerCare Received call from Vodafone at 1.11 pm, I was asked to select 2G & Manual network setting, then choose any available n/w I see 2 options but both are forbidden, seems there's no option to select any other partner network at Leh

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call 10 mins back from +919339527228 who claimed to be a Vodafone person. He asked me about my issue and when I told him that others had called today as well, he just hung up I am shocked!!

    @ViCustomerCare What a worst service of VI. We do not have facility to send sms in small recharge packs. We have to recharge for minimum 129 to send sms. No trai rules mention such things. Even to send sms to port out, we have to recharge.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Unable to browse net for last 6 days. BHR-V00529535134 registered complaint but got resolved message without the solution of the problem. No network of vi in my area of last 6 days. Your customer service is worst .

    @ViCustomerCare I dont have the count how many times I will have to call your customer care for poor service. Moreover, your customer representatives are rude AF, unhelpful jerks. Every other month the same problem starts about poor data speed. Look into this matter ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare have been facing network issue ever since it became vi.. reported many a times.even vi appellate twice took 3 months times. no improvement in network. Can't even make a call, but charging full bill.Tried to port many times but ur executives make false promises.
