    @VodafoneIN Whether I shall get 4G signal in my house due to launch of VI from Vodafone? At present we get poor signal instead of repetative mail to you. But so much money is being spent on VI's advertisement. Ypu should value the customer's feedback.

    I contacted castomer care they saying my is Cancelled or blocked.. I never requested for this cancel my sim . In VI app showing EXCEPTION FROM VODAFONE SOR . My sim is very valuable for me I have all contacts and Banking details in that sim please help. @ViCustomerCare

    If I lost my sim and 800 ruppe recharge is lost without my information. I never Use your sim .. I will port all my and my family and friends sim from VI. Plz help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my sim At 11 th August with 99 and 719 rupees 2 times but 13th August my sim is showing no service and Calling to my number saying My number is invalid , Message popup at notification that SIM IS NOT PROVINISED ,

    @ViCustomerCare Which are the basic service validity plans? I don’t want any unlimited calls or Data just want to receive SMS and Incoming calls. So how can I get validity? Which recharge I will do?

    .@ViCustomerCare works far better than its capacity in the rural areas unlike Jio who always trouble customers citing different lame reasons like dense vegetation around the house area etc. Jio's 5g is worse than any 4g network in India. I'm using the primary connection as Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi, I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after the porting is completed and the network is active, I still have not received the recharge. Please look into this issue and help resolve it.”

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice

    @ViCustomerCare, your POOR service continues, 3-4 months ago also I had the concerns with Vi, and today again the same issue. Recharge is done, but no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connectionWhat's this. It's just so pathetic and disgusting. Make me talk to your executive

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare Why post such a fake reply, no solution provided till now. Provide UPC for porting as there is zero signal at pin code 790101.
