    @ViCustomerCare dear V! I port out my SIM from JIO to Idea to get better internet connectivity in first half of the year but you have irritated me by providing the poorest internet connectivity in Bihar, Patna. Now I am repenting why I port out my no to your dead service 😠😞

    @Deepend57090456 @ViCustomerCare Third class company because they don't know how to operate corporate number, every time they doing trouble to us, our corporate SIM payment done every month but vodafone team don't know how to adjust in other numbers like Airtel and Jio Shame on third class comp.

    @canewsbeta @pratyushsingh12 @ViCustomerCare I am still awaiting my refund. They looted me for 3500 Rs in one day. I got a phone from customer care that they will refund me, but it hasn't happened yet. I still get automated calls that my balance is negative although it is positive.

    @ViCustomerCare My daily data pack renews every night at 12 AM. Within next two days, I'll have to travel via aeroplane, hence I'll have to keep my phone in flight mode at that time ( i.e. 12 AM). Will there be any problem in renewing my daily data pack because of this ? Let me know ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @ShieldVoC - Lately Vi is being worst network raised many complaints but no solution there is no network calls are getting cut low speed data coverage, after many complaints and follow up still no result, i am prepaid user and i have done yearly recharge already.
