    @ViCustomerCare @AmreliaRuhez Vi fraud service. Validity pack, mini unlimited pack and main balance are activated for my number then why Vi is pushing for recharge of 129. If all necessary pack is activated then why i can't use sms service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi.Just purchased a VI sim.I've a lot things in my mind but I'm utterly disappointed to say the least. The net speed is so slow that I couldn't even push this tweet through nd had to switch to my alternative network.All the ads for THIS? If anything, fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare We having connectivity issues these days more frequently. Even net speed we used to get earlier was in Mbps but these days it's going much slower, even below 100 kbps. Hope you'll sort this out soon.

    @ViCustomerCare Kirandeep, i didn't received any call. So far today i've missed only one call. Apart from that have answered all calls. I think its vidafone network which hardly works is causing the issue. users of @reliancejio @airtelindia hardly complaint about such poor service.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently made a payment to shut down a number, as threats were given that matter will be reported in a local newspaper, i had asked the agent to confirm me on mail from Vodafone officially regarding receipt of payment and the number has been shut. Please check.
