    @ViCustomerCare Let anybody view it and see how you treat your customers. Would like to tell you that I had a phono with #vi supervisor. He assured me that the SIM will be activated within 24 hours and told me that the paid amount will be refunded. Just waiting for the action now.

    @ViCustomerCare I had a phono with #vi supervisor few minutes back and have explained him the situation clearly and deeply. Once the SIM will be activated, will surely initiate a complaint against the customer care by which my request got rejected 2nd time too & #vi_store official.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Vodafone. It's been very long that I was facing this problem. Finally my problem looks like it's resolved. I always used to like vodafone. I love it again now #VodafoneIsGood

    @ViCustomerCare So pathetic VI. I tried to port to your network but the VI stores deny to port to VI prepaid. How pathetic is that. Dnt think of business think about customers also who’s willing coming to your store.

    My application for SIM replacement got rejected twice a day by you people. I don't have enough time to waste. When I called @ViCustomerCare again I am not getting any help. Let me made you clear do Activate my SIM card by tomorrow, and now I am not going to visit vi store.
