    @ViCustomerCare Have you guys stopped 4G services? Doesn't seem to be working at all since the historic blackout. Please do something about it.

    @ViCustomerCare Has been few says not sure what care u have taken. At home me / parents all struggle when it shows 4g but doesnt work. Speicifc area it works#what a frustrating vodafone company is in a city like mumbai u cant aervice well bang on s v road !! will tweet nxt tag voda and IB min

    @ViCustomerCare @1HEART2408 Vi is the worst network in India. Less than 2G speeds for the last 2 months with 4 signal bars. No resolution after so many complaints. Wl make sure that you lose min 20 customers before I port out. Your irresponsibility demands this.

    @ViCustomerCare last one month my net speed is slow. I don't know what Vodafone is doing. Last week I was convert Vodafone to Airtel because Airtel net speed awesome. But we have recv the vi retention team call. Officer promise me vi team resolve the net speed issue. Not resolved

    @ViCustomerCare I'm a customer for 15+yrs. Every 6months I've to ask for a discounted plan. I've been charged additional for 2months due to this, and the excess for 1month only has been refunded. Other #serviceproviders are offering me good plans & price. #portout is only option.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I get a call from Vodafone customer care (+916364204787, which is an airtel number) saying I haven't paid the postpaid bill. I had to rebut stating I paid, and the call is dropped without a word. I suspect a fraud call.
