    @ViCustomerCare I had completed everything to port my number but your customer care told me to type CANCEL followed by my number to 'enable' me the porting which actually undid everything. Such frauds you are misguiding customers. I'll have to repeat that entire porting process.

    @airtelindia my sim card is in the name of my father but due to his demises I want to transfer ownership of sim card in to my name I have went to nearest airtel store. They are asking to convert it into postpaid. So I would like to Port it in to other network i.e @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare After two months no resolution even after writing to nodal officer and various escalations 20 did people have confirmed they are looking into the matter and will get in touch since two months. Pathetic services people and deaf management as well complaints fallen into deaf ears

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My SIM got blocked FIVE days back and still is blocked. I mail and all I receive is acknowledgements and I call the customer care just to hear a thank you from a ROBOT and get cut. No response from any angle from your side.
