    @KumarMBirla @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup sir Vodafone idea not happy to help customer like me, I paid for premium number and not delivered complained your team but they are not happy to help,I think that’s why Vidafoneidea drowning.

    This time I followed up with a call to @ViCustomerCare from an alternate number where I asked the executive on what would they do if I didn't pay my bills for more than 10 days (the duration I've been without basic call service).

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with your customer care. I have 4GB daily data pack. At 12PM today it says data exhausted. How is it possible? I have been using this pack since long. My usage is moderate. I hope you solve my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes u said to recharge with 10 rs . Why not 10 lakhs or more. Ur 118 recharge is not working as committed by website then how one can trust ur other recharges will work. It's like I paid an amount and now ur asking for more amount to pay just for ur ARPU. In this case no option
