    Hello Team @ViCustomerCare I tried to contact on 198 several times to register my complaints but all the time they cut the call in between the conversation. Actually I recharged my number with Rs.399, it shows unsuccessful but that amount debited from my account. Need Help!

    @ViCustomerCare I am in Canada right now. I activated intl roaming by paying 3 times. Rs. 295, 295, 3495. Nothing gets activated. I can't call or send sms to activate. Ur cust support guys says to send sms when I tell them I am unable to send sms. It's been a week and trying to follow up... 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please DM my Connection ID, as I need that to be added in consumer court complain filing. Please send as early as possible. Also, stop false promises, closing complaints w/o solving issues, gives misleading dates n delaying for many weeks after it. I'll sue VI for sure.
