Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3.     @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.
