We’ve also found a pattern: this drop in service happens every month in certain areas. Despite raising multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been provided. I’m now preparing to file a formal complaint in the Consumer Court. @ViCustomerCare #ConsumerRights

@ViCustomerCare Voice clarity is too bad . One month back I have taken the @VI sim Saying 4g unlimited network but signals also not good. But when I am using mobile automatically network will disconnect why I don't know.if i check in app it will say signal strength is excellent.
