    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI dear team of you are not interested to resolve my complaint then please let me know... I'm really embarrassing from your services.. I think #BSNL is given better service than #Vodafone. I think @TRAI will Help me to resolve my issue (2/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Not only me many people in my area are facing the same problem.. No voice teansmission since last 3-4 days.. Area STATION FEEDER ROAD, SILIGURI DIST- DARJEELING, WEST BENGAL, PINCODE- 734005 If the problem persists we will be happy to switch network.

    @ViCustomerCare my wife went to get duplicate sim in model town jalandhar office and the executive there send request ti port her jio number also to vodaphobe without explaining her all the details. Now she wants us to visit again to her office. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.
