    @ViCustomerCare i have been given false information since the time i have done international roaming recharge and you were not capable of providing me the service. I was told balance is added on my number and i can use it anytime. But now it's showing zero.

    @ViCustomerCare Visited again today they still need 1 day time now not able to understand i contacted customer carew Vi store also paid 50 rs for no reason and at end result is same. Pls tell if you all can resolve it pls guide me the process to port the number.

    @ViCustomerCare you people have provided false information.U failed to provide me the service and u were the one who told me u can't refund that amount but u can add it on my number which can be used for domestic recharge and now I can't use it.Wo bhi kha liya
