    @Mumbaikhabar9 Great to see @ViCustomerCare has gone pan-India! Very common occurrence in Uttarakhand for years now. Network disappears randomly, sometimes for hours and occasionally for days.

    @ViCustomerCare Like every time right? Endless times I have gone through all of this and every time you resolve my internet speed without actually resolving it! That's brilliant, you just want to keep your complaint count to zero to attain some respect in the market. YOU ALL ARE JUST SHAMELESS!

    @ViCustomerCare What an irony this is that if you have enough balance to send a message to use the banking services but you need to do a recharge of min ₹128 to send a message because VI doesn’t have sms service for balance less than ₹100. This is pathetic. Will port out soon.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonecom Still no resolution, also i followed APN settings as suggested but it not help. Today again received message saying *we have checked our network strength in your area and have found it optimal.*
