    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI dear team of you are not interested to resolve my complaint then please let me know... I'm really embarrassing from your services.. I think #BSNL is given better service than #Vodafone. I think @TRAI will Help me to resolve my issue (2/2)

    Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

    Worst network The internet does not work when needed. The network is full but where does the internet go down? And this is not a problem of one day, it is a daily problem. @ViCustomerCare

    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia
