    @ViCustomerCare how it is possible that Vodafone system repeatedly says call was accepted on my phone but my phone does not show any call record? So how it is possible? Either your system is faulty or my iPhone is stupid does not record ONLY THE CALL WHICH WAS ACCPTED?😳

    @ViCustomerCare deactivated an international plan on 28th feb. Yet I get billed for it. Please tell me why should I tolerate your nonsense when you bill me for services I stopped and don’t provide network coverage?

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing net issue. Sometimes ( like 2 days in a week) My net stops working at all so much so that I can't even send a message at all. I am also getting almost no signals at all. Please solve the concerning issue at fast as possible

    @ViCustomerCare We have not solved the vi network issue problem here. The past ten to fifteen years issue. When we call customer care we ask to go to another network.Will this problem never be solved?
