    @ViCustomerCare my family vi not working for 3 days. Your chat is answered by stupid bot. Customer care executive can't answer a simple query. Just let us know if you want me to shift to Airtel. Infact make it you tag line " we clear all your doubts to choose other network"

    @ViCustomerCare my internet is not working properly I already complained about it But no one listen Because they don't respect their customer I was complained 28th of June And they take their enough time but didn't solve my problem (Worst customer service)

    @ViCustomerCare - Is it that Vodafone servers are undergoing maintenance and are down right now. I am getting error msg mentioning that our servers are down, when trying to login to the VI App. Atleast you guys could inform of maintenance activities before hand.
