    I spoke to VI customer care today. I need outgoing SMS to register my bank with UPI. I asked customer care for minimum recharge so that I can send outgoing SMS. According to him, sir, the minimum recharge should be ₹128 No talk time, no sms, and no data. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare ur 4g internet speed r getting worst every day. u will very soon loose subscribers. several complaints i registered, 2 days after that it works fine then again same problem.

    @ViCustomerCare worse service by vi in my area. Network is not stable signal strength is very bad. Changing type of network from 2G, 3G, & 4G. I have raised multiple complaint but no improvement.

    Very bad experience with Vi™ Network @ViCustomerCare #2G Unable to use data services. I am continuously experiencing unstable 4g issues. I made lots of complaints. But no use still the data issue is here. I know nothing is going to change.
