    @ViCustomerCare Fake promise of unlimited 5G on recharge of 859! My daily 4g data limit ended and m not getting 5g service though I'm in 5g coverage area and my network is full 5G. Total disaster , bulshit.

    @TelecomTalk Indoor coverage of VI under satisfaction level . Even after living in a metropolitan city like Kolkata facing very poor network signal. Reported several times but no any action taken by VI since last 1 year @ViCustomerCare

    @TelecomTalk Customer always need good network quality. But VI is totally failed to provide good quality network and high speed data. This is the prime reason for which customers leaving them frequently. Need more improvement @ViCustomerCare
