    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar it's been more than a week and my phone is still not working for a simple mistake by Vodafone which is taking forever for them to rectify. Tried everything from going to their gallery, calling up their call centre but nothing seems to work.

    I ported my no. To VI for better network. But since activation of sim unable to make and receives calls. Visited many time to service provider but nit getting any positive feedback. From last 10 days. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Are you guys serious about your customers? My number is suspended since yesterday and even after giving all necessary documents it's still not getting activated. It is only natural that people are leaving Vodafone-idea due to this pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare 9824061113 me ur 16 yrs old customer &got wrong over bill for my isd pack,noone frm VI to listen my complaint & resolve it so want to PORT my number, but still VI not allowed, are you forcing me to approach TRAI! Is it good Behaviour for 16 yrs old relationship
