    @ViCustomerCare the worst service I have ever seen in telecom service in India. I have taken new card but did not call within 24 hours. Now u r store says if not activated within 24 he's, my new sim will not be activated ever. To take new sim. What these idiotic rule. 2/

    @ViCustomerCare Error in sending SMS to all networks. I often use online payments and UPI, so I cant registered my mobile number to those apps. Complaint registered through Vi app, but dint get any response. Please look into this matter ASAP.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your 198 #complaint number is a big joke. Takes about 4 min to reach real person. What is need to play several offers etc. When someone dials complaint number it is to report issues not to listen your useless offers. @TRAI please take appropriate action
