@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar it's been more than a week and my phone is still not working for a simple mistake by Vodafone which is taking forever for them to rectify. Tried everything from going to their gallery, calling up their call centre but nothing seems to work.

@ViCustomerCare Are you guys serious about your customers? My number is suspended since yesterday and even after giving all necessary documents it's still not getting activated. It is only natural that people are leaving Vodafone-idea due to this pathetic service
