  Hello @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare @DoT_India mobile number 6264704770 was ported from Jio to Vi. It has now been permanently deactivated, and neither Vi nor Jio is helping me recover it. This number is very important to me. Kindly look into the matter and help me get it back.

  Been a week, mum is already back home. What I realised: No point in investing 530 when @ViCustomerCare never bothered to followup. You already lost me when I switched to @JioCare after years of using Vodafone because of such nonsense. I have decided to MNP my mom's number to Jio

  @ViCustomerCare You guys don’t even think what the other person is suffering from. My dad is stuck with no network in Scotland and you guys have no answer. It has been more than 2 days that there is no network in his cellphone. Utter rubbish service!!!
