@flipkartsupport I call VI customer care and inform them same. @ViCustomerCare Agent confirmed my voice is still cracking. After that I again call to my friends and they also confirm voice is cracking. Now what should I do with #pocox3pro mobile and VI SIM.

@ViCustomerCare I've been struggling for more than a month to get resolution to my issue. And yet nothing has happened. Customers being neglected by Vi like this doesn't bode well for the future of the company.
