@ViCustomerCare since last 2 days i cannot make an outgoing call, it says call ended as soon as i dial. Incoming ends as ssonas the call is received. Can't call customer care either. What in heaven's name is going on?

@ViCustomerCare I had to go through high blood pressure for the issue to get resolved. I have lost faith in Vodafone. And I would influence many people in my contact to loose connection with Vodafone. Very bad servicing.

Dear @ViCustomerCare can you please tell me why do I keep getting calls for non-payment of a bill that you generated on a number I never used??? It just got issued in my name, it didn’t work, and I got that number cancelled that very moment!! @VodafoneGroup

What a pathetic network u have @ViCustomerCare !!! For 80% of the day, it doesn't go above 1kb/s. Absolutely disgusting. Almost a scam in the name of 4G
