@ViCustomerCare Of the 49 subscribers 28 have migrated. And recently I renewed for data pack of your GIGANET. Lo behold. That's even worse. It does not work anywhere in Chennai. I heard the same issue with my friends too. If you think you can resolve call on 8838638564.

@JioCare @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, i am fed-up with customer care service. I port a number from Jio to vodafone on 10th april but still not activated on VI. Number: 7488319893 VI saying check with jio and jio saying check with VI. Can i get the resolved? No support from CC number

@ViCustomerCare The amount of money u ppl spend on Marketing and bla bla... Half(or less than that) if soent on infrastructure, tower, network, Vodafone would have been good. One cannot make call via Vodafone network. Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare it is truly disappointing to note that Vodafone's network is very bad especially on OMR Chennai. No technical support at all. Seriously thinking of migration to another service provider.
