Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is losing continuity & the long delay is impacting customer

@ViCustomerCare this complaint is for vi number 9819143287. i had activated IR pack of 2999 for 7 days from 29.5.22 for thailand. however the service was not available after reaching thailand and had continuously raised the complaints but vodafone could not resolve on priority.
