    @ViCustomerCare issue hasn't resolved yet. I get a call from VI for the issue but unfortunately your tech person is not able understand the issue. Even he is providing me a complete wrong tech information on how volte working. It's seems he have a no or very less tech knowledge.

    @ViCustomerCare team there is multiple call drop issue along with data issue... frequently I am disconnecting from 4G to 3 G network which also create issues while call .if this will not resolve I will be porting out soon to @Airtel_Presence my no is 9630141112

    @ViCustomerCare The issue stills not resolved but only the tickets are closed as resolved without even without confirming with us for a courtesy. Irony is that they don't even have the option to reopen the tickets. Are we jobless to keep raising tickets and speaking with ur non actionable reps

    then i went to visit sarthana surat vi customer service center so i can't get satisfied answer for my queries they given answerd to me your simcard will be started in 4 hours. and untill 24 hours you will not receive any text messages.(2) @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago
