    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I recharged on 6th September with the ₹859 plan which advertised Unlimited 5G But after using the daily 2GB limit, my internet stops instead of continuing at reduced speed 64 kbps.truly unlimited 5G, why restricted after 2GB even though I have good 5G signal?

    @ViCustomerCare No u r proving me wrong which is against the ethics of customer oriented businessWhat about CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT CUSTOMER IS KING etc. You may check my mobile and even sent to forensic expert which will prove that neither I have received such SMS nor delete it

    Hey @ViCustomerCare 3 days back I raised a complaint and you guys were helpful too, I saw the internet speed was a bit stronger for a day and now it's again back to very slow. This is the last time I am raising this, if after this the issue is not resolved then I have to port.

    Can avail from home, for anything we have to visit their third class ****ng stores. @ViCustomerCare give me proper solution, I'm not going to visit in ur ****ng store. i want my number activated as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to complain in Consumer court for sure.
