    @ViCustomerCare Now when you tried to unblock your sim because U got your old number But there is not easy method to unblock your block sim (U need to go vioffice to replace your sim) But U know no need to replaced sim in this case Please make this service is easy & convinced2/2

    @ViCustomerCare This is very disappointing to not get network on my VI number. I am trying every possible thing since last 20 days. Trying to call your customer executives but they are not able to solve the issue. This is really very disappointing from #VodafoneIdea network.

    @ViCustomerCare @AmolAnilPatil2 Worst customer service by VI. , They tell the same thing to every customer and network issue is still not resolved , port to jio or airtel they(vi) are reluctant to provide good service

    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho Could you get this resolve from your end? Vi Customer Service is worst as agents are doing fake commitment and disconnected the call. No one taking action for the agents and no one providing the benefits. I'm taking follow up since long time but they're worst.
