Then the @ViCustomerCare suggest me to go to the nearby Vi store for re verification. Then I goes to a Vi store. Without resolving my actual problem, They told me to upgrade my prepaid SIM to postpaid. So I disagree and goes to another #Vi store nearby.

@ViCustomerCare I have received 30-35 calls from vi network team in last 24 hours after generating port out requeste. This is not the way to force someone to cancel the port request. @TRAI
