    @ViCustomerCare nformation that is absolutely useless. Your service ticket shows as closed. And my issue wasn't resolved. Still no incoming calls or sms's. Like i said keep the 99 rps and I'll be getting my number ported to either Jio or Airtel cos I'm done with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to make calls to Toll free 1800 number anymore even though I have balance in my main account. 4G network is not working. I am not getting any proper response from customer support. Why should I stay with Vi?

    @ViCustomerCare I will continue to blast @ViCustomerCare @9085242993S untill my incoming sms issue is not resolved so that I can receive the OTP required to port my god damn number. You think you can cheat people but i am now going to make it my mission to spread awareness about your thievery.

    @ViCustomerCare it's totally disgusting. In my area Your network is just 800/900 kbps 😒😒 I want to now get rid from using your sim. Fully waste of time and money. i want this problem to be solved otherwise I have to switch to other operator. It takes 5 min to download 5mb app

    @kevinjoshi @ViCustomerCare Yes bro to worst service And I used redx for 5 consecutive month in 6th month while paying bill in vi app I changed plan by mistakenly and again came back to redx immediately when I receive a text that I changed my plan And they charged 3000 for that I will never recommend this
