    @VodafoneIN could you please improve on ypur network. Being a postpaid customer it feels very frustrated when I see poor network coverage in indoor. When you claim big for amazing network you should check properly if the claim really worth for all. #poornetwork #vodafoneidea

    Biggest mistake of my life is porting my number into vodafone postpaid. Poor voice quality. Call drops. Internet not working since yesterday evening. Customer service not available. Abhi port karaye sirf 1 hafta hua hai. @VodafoneIN

    I'm still struggling with the issue! My company is giving me warning and may let me out of it as my WFH is going on & I'm unable to do any kind of things online! All stuff needs OTP varification which consist with my that mobile number. @VodafoneIN is doing very shameful service!

    @VodafoneIN I did all possible troubleshootings from my end. I checked the sim by using multiple mobile phones, checked all network mode, airplane mode, restart, changing location, calling CCare, visiting store but failed! Please resolve it ASAP or I'll loose my job as It's too long to wait!

    @VodafoneIN Hey, I have DM you, please Look after it. After porting in From Idea to Vodafone, I'm unable to call 59059, showing no signal from any mobile phone. I visited Voda Store today, they informed the sim will get activated between 4hrs, but still sim is not working. Resolve it ASAP!

    @VodafoneIN I'm waiting in Voda Store Okhla from morning. It's going to 6hours to wait here. The executives & RM tried by changing the sim card for 3rd time today, did everything, raised concern to IT team & nothing is resolved. Plz look it up or I can't tolerate it anymore! Help

    @VodafoneIN I'm trying to get connected with CC by calling 198 & 199 from my alternate numbers both but each & every time it's informing 'All cc representatives are busy...' & the calls are getting disconnected. I'm disappointed 2 much. Kindly do whatever you can provide for the resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare 1st, your network keeps fluctuating & I cannot raise issue so often and get it resolved. Please work on it. 2nd, I was told to have some relaxation on the last bill and basis that I paid. Then why it's saying that bill of 200 is still pending. Please check & fix.
