    The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare If a customer wants a refund for the amount paid by him, where no service was provided by the company, it is a very genuine ask. It is not anything special. The policies of Vodafone Idea should not lead to violation of basic customer rights.

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate the prompt response. There is nothing for VI team to contact me! A SIM card needs to be activated and activated quickly! All relevant details are in my earlier tweet and in a message I sent to VI Customer Care.
