    @ViCustomerCare I visited to your store for activating my number and i asked for washroom use but store keeping person denied me to use and also said that it is just for office staff members which is really bad replied i got much disappointed from vodafone gotri store..9913714444

    I am going to port my sim to Jio soon. Only 1 month of @ViCustomerCare recharge left. The reason why vodafone/ idea is going down is because of their useless service. Now it all makes sense. Been a loyal customer now I can't take it anymore. Thank you!

    @TRAI @VodafoneIdeaIN why the hell I am not able send text message from my vi prepaid, even I have sufficient balance in my main account. @ViCustomerCare Your customer care executive says that I have to recharge more than 120 + rs to send text message.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never been so disappointed with any network provider's services. The HR team of my company is trying to get a simple CUG task done for our business but it is taking forever. No reply from Vi team since July. Portability is our only resort. @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare today at 1814 I got sms that my request of subscription of 1 year Amazon prime service is activated whereas I never asked for it. I was told by customer care team tht I had word with Mr. Rahul Kamle at 1736hrs to activate. I think my data is being breached.
