    @ViCustomerCare Why the alternate num? . The issue is about internet on Vi Sim. Are you assuming that calling facility is too affected and that is why you want to call me on another number other than Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I changed my SIM due to network issues and was told it would be activated within 30 minutes. It’s been over 2.5 hours and the SIM is still not active. This is causing serious inconvenience. Please resolve this urgently. #ViSIMIssue #ViNetworkProblem

    @ViCustomerCare It's been two days I am facing network and internet problem, raised a complaint today and I got a 5 day span to resolve it, please tell me what should I do in these 5 days? Not being able to call even customer care, kindly resolve it at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare please have a dedicated customer care service, my number is stop working for a month and I am not getting proper input. If my pre-paid is stop then why guys forcing me to upgrade to postpaid and pay extra. High time you understand your customer.
