    @ViCustomerCare what kind of network you have? It really worse than 2G in my locality, now I understand why you give weekend rollover and all nonsense bcoz there is no use as network disconnects again and again. My VI number is 9538751977.

    It seems that @ViCustomerCare is not interested to improve their networks. From the last month we have been experiencing the worst internet & voice call. Now it's time to port to other.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a message on my VI number that i request for caller tune and it is activated and charged 66 rs, which i never requested how can you charge and apply caller tune without my consent.

    @ViCustomerCare I will initiate legal proceddings against VI if the issue not resolve within next 24 hours. I have already raised another complaint with DOT (DOTEL/E/2021/28326) and I will move to the Consumer court on Tuesday if no resolution received till that time. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare On 14.08.2021 Rs.125 has been deducted by Vi without my any permission. I thought it was the renewal charge of my caller tune service. But I was wrong when I saw that again Vi has been charged me Rs.21 today (15.08.2021) for my caller tune.Please return my Rs.125 to my account.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port to another network. Hence I am trying to send PORT msg typing PORT <number> but everytime the msg sending is failed to 1900. I have tried more than ten Times.

    @ViCustomerCare The fact is VI has become a hopeless company. For last 1.5 months I am not able to use my postpaid number due to sim crash issue. I visited two of your stores at Berhampore and NSC Bose Road in west bengal but till now my number is on dead mode. I want to close the connection.

    @ViCustomerCare Data services not working after transferring mobile No from Corporate Plan to Individual Name. Visited 2 diff galleries in 2 days. Changed 2 SIMs & handset but problem still not solved. Can someone help as travelling to US tonight & need data working desperately
