    Then they come up with a response that the handset I am using is a 2G or 3G handset. Now I am using a Samsung A20s Android 11 handset and let me see what they say. It's clear that these #vicustomercare people shall never accept that their network is the poorest & instead blame us

    @ViCustomerCare I have been informed to use AT&T 4G for data and T mobile 2G for voice call , switching between the two , is a problem. I will not recommend VI IR pack to any one.

    On complaining regarding poorest network of Vodafone the #vicustomercare first sent me a DM saying as per their records I am using a non 4G SIM and therefore the SIM needs to be upgraded.I tell them that their records are more funny than their network and my SIM is a 4G one.

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new SIM card online (postpaid), number was activated on 1st Sep & got suspended by 9th Sep, trying for the last 5 days to reactivate the number, spoke to numerous customer care executive & seniors. Visited VI store twice. All are helpless. #SHUTDOWN

    @ViCustomerCare I received a call recently from your customer care executive that the re-verification would be initiated the next day and someone would pay a visit for the same. This was again 3 days ago. Do you understand how pathetic your process is?

    Finally Removed my @ViCustomerCare sim from first tray to the second and got ridoff their pathetic network coverage all over the place and put other network service,everything is perfect,no more reacharge for @ViCustomerCare i have been a valid customer for the past many year
