Hey @ViCustomerCare I had raised data speed issue almost a week back. I was told I will be contacted back. I got complaint resolved text msg after 2 days. Nobody talked or wrote to me. So I reopened the ticket. Now got the same text again. What is this???

Terrible 4G speed @ViCustomerCare . Already lodged a complaint but the issue remains unresolved. Jave 100 GB of Data but unable to use the same.Been using Vodafone for last 15 yrs. Please resolve the same or else i have to port out to @airtelindia .
