@ViCustomerCare Actually, I Recharge My VI Number In Emergency From Amazon But Recharge Goes In Pending, So I Have To Recharge From Phone pe Again, but After Half hour, Other Recharge was also Sussed, So My Number Recharged Twice, with 479 Pack, What to Do now ?? Please help

@ViCustomerCare @pratik901 You just give assurances. I have posted messages on DM for resumption of services. Its ten days since I made the payment. Yet there are only promises and no action. Your's is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I have decided to port. Go to hell Vi !!!

@ViCustomerCare The day I ported my sim from Jio to VI the issue started First it took more than 5 days to complete the port After that your network Asia's Fastest network my*you can barely provide the speed of 1mbps we have to pay 479rs for the recharg toget this patheticservice

@ViCustomerCare i have changed my postpaid sim to prepaid sim. After that i m getting the internet issue so i have complain about it. Its approx two days still my issue is not resolve. And today i have change my sim Through your SIMEX still i have an internet issue.

@ViCustomerCare Last 2 days have been the worst service. Now that my number is ported to prepaid and want to recharge, online recharge is not successfully. What an archaic process to recharge. Any other way to recharge apart from visiting your outlet?
