    Vi, why would you stop incoming SMS within 1 day or your expiry date on pre paid? Unless you are really wanting to reduce your customer base. Extremely poor service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely horrible service My Grandmother is very sickly and can't visit the local customer service centre due to advanced age. My family and I have called on multiple occasions only for them to visit the home for recertification of KYC to no help
