@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The sim card I ordered was through online mode. So the refund is also expected through online mode. People in vodafone are very sly, and are expert in pointing customer to another department within vodafone instead of solving it internally. #vodafonecheaters

@ViCustomerCare my number has full range, validity, balance everything still not able to call anyone, not getting OTP messages, if other person calls me he gets "number is switched off" message! This is pathetic service. Please fix it at earliest!

@ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.
