@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

@ViCustomerCare you have not kept your word...you promised certain benifits with 399₹ recharge and when i recharged i was not given what customer care executive promised me earlier on the call...if you cant kept your word..do not expect your customer to keep connected with you..

@ViCustomerCare ordered an online Vi Sim on 6th April. It’s almost one day gone, still I am waiting for my sim to delivered. This kind of service provided by Vi for Online sim delivery....Worst service I have seen by Vi. Never recommended Vi....!!
