@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare I am customer of Vodafone > 15 yrs, today I visited vi gallary to change my sim from 4 to 5g, but they refused reason that my sim is not vi. They said 1st go for post paid then to prepaid. If this is true then I'll prefer to port with other service provider
